I called on Thursday and the kind lady on the other line got me in next day no problem with Kirk. He right away asked me a ton of questions about my injury to better understand where to spend his time and skill. This massage left me almost pain free for all of Friday and most of Saturday which is saying a lot when I was not in the best shape when I walked in. I loved the massage and the staff are so kind. They gave me a water after and let me have some paper work on other things they offer at the center. They were not pushy at all. This massage only cost me $50 but I left a $10 tip. You need to ignore these old negative reviews and come in here. See Kirk!

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences seeing Amanda at Balanced Being. We always establish…read moreexpectations before the massage as to what I am looking for that specific day. I range from relaxation to deep tissue and no matter which I choose my needs are always met. The new space is lovely, clean, and inviting. Her room is always kept extremely organized and you can tell it is cleaned thoroughly between each appointment. I typically do a 90 minute and recommend that to everyone. 60 minutes always feels too short personally. If I ever want something done differently I have no problem asking her to do more/less during the massage and she is always compliant with whatever I may request. I enjoy easy, pleasant conversations with each massage. On the off chance I don't feel like chatting that day she always seems to read the room and let me be. I enjoy the ease of being able to book using text rather than calling (you can also call). I highly recommend trying Balanced Being!

Your website is godawful. The booking site and site with full info about services are completely…read moreseparate. There are only a handful of services available with no info about what falls under these services. I booked 90 minutes of massage thinking I could call and let them know that it's actually a couples massage only to find out there are "no providers available" and that I'd be charged for the full time if I didn't show. It's ridiculous how old and outdated the website is, and how rigid and unfair the staff is when working around it. Is cancellation a major part of your business' income? I shouldn't have to deal with shit like this on a website that looks like it was built by a 14 year old in 2006. It's 2024 why are you so lazy and greedy? Shame on all of you.
