Worst company I've ever dealt with it in my life. They called me an "idiot" through text message after giving several rude replies to normal questions, such as if we could have a weekly cleaner. I've never seen such a bad customer service before and me and my flatmates would highly recommend that you find another cleaning company. read more

Absolutely horrible service. WE used them while our normal cleaner was on holiday. They're rude, the girls who clean never clean properly. In three hours I could have done more, and better as our flat isn't big and we're very house proud.I sent an email to complain but never had a reply. DON'T use them, and certainly don't leave them your keys!!! read more

Shocking - the customer service was horrible. Within minutes of texting to schedule a cleaner for next week I received a call telling me I am a "stupid idiot" that needs to learn how to speak English. Won't go back to them, not even for free. read more

Sorry but they sound seriously dodgy after having spoken to the woman who disconnected when I asked her to tell me bait about what they offer e.g.. one off or contracts. Definitely not going to use these people and warning to anyone who is looking to let anyone in their private home with all valuables etc lying around- don't trust someone who cannot even offer a normal customer service experience. They advertise £8ph to hook you in but what you might lose from going with a dodgy company can be a lot more! Note there is not even a landline number on the website. Appalling. The cleaner was here for three hours and the house was filthy. Streaks of dirty cloth over different services, no vacuuming, dust everywhere - the house was more dirty!! Worse of all the cleaner did a POO in the toilet and DIDNT FLUSH!! We tried to call to resolve the issue. They pretended to deal with it and just ignored us. Would give them 0 stars if I had the option! Avoid at all costs. Cleaner hired for weekly domestic clean. 3 hours per week for a 1 bed flat. Surfaces were wiped and floors mopped but it was far from thorough. Gave her benefit of the doubt for 5 weeks. On 5th week I asked my neighbour to monitor my flat. Just as I suspected, she left after 1hr30 mins. Probably did the same every week! Called the company, asked for the cleaner to come back and return my keys. Told keys would be returned by recorded mail per their rules. Argued the point and was shouted at and told if I didn't understand that was my problem. Absolute disgrace, DO NOT USE! read more

Don't be fooled by the price. Absolutely the WORST and RUDEST staff!! Rude via email, huffs and puffs and hangs up on the phone, just for trying to book an appointment! It's like they don't want bookings! Had one okay clean from them (was very slow, only finished half) but gave up trying to book anything else due to the very very rude staff. Only good review I've seen is by mark.....who funnily enough, works for them!! Also they have many addresses, only take cash and no landlines....sounds a little dodgy! I would give a zero if I could. Very poor service and do not offer what is claimed on the website. I use a cleaner at least once every month, usually every 3 weeks or so. The first cleaner they sent worked for only 1 and a half of the 3 hours she was paid for, and didn't perform all the tasks requested and couldn't leave fast enough. After 2 sessions I requested another cleaner. The second cleaner was very good (although turned up late). Unfortunately she quit the agency before my next booking. When I tried to book a third cleaner, the first timeslot I was given didn't suit me. I have tried to re-arrange, but I am being ignored by the agency. They obviously are doing so well they don't need the business. read more
