Recent, I left my car for 1.5 hours as I was told and came back to find it untouched - they then offered to rush through it in 10 minutes, which I declined due to the price. Most recently, there were 3 cars total including mine, left my car for an hour as they requested and I came back an hour later to not only the car not being ready but the team socializing on top of my car, then laughing and smiling when we "caught" them not working. I'd accepted the fact that I'd likely be spending a pretty penny just to clear it if all of the border collie fur, spilled drinks, pine needles, and crumbs, but while in the area my gut told me to check Yelp first. This is where I found Sudz. Although it took me forever to find the actual entrance, I knew by the crowd that I'd likely be in for a good experience. The team was conversational with me, and polite. It's clear customer service is a priority. They provide complimentary coffee and water and a few of the owners were onsite helping customers which is appreciated. As I waited I was offered a few freebies, stickers, koozies, etc, and if you're hungry or need a drink, there are plenty of spots in walkable distance. All in, the all star detailing + seat clean/shampoo ran me $120 and an hour and a half wait time. I would love to see outlets for phone chargers (if possible), and clearer instruction on how to drop your car off to get the process started (considering I was not the only one confused). As they continue to grow, a electronic progress tracker board to know where your car is in the process would be amazing, but even as is, this is certainly a comfortable, efficient spot that I will be visiting again.

The inside had a number of issues with sunscreen that had set into the leather and some type of hard chalky stains on the front passenger seat. All were GONE when Steve brought my car back. The "trunk jamb" was missed, but overall Car Butler will be my go-to for detailing for as long as we are both surviving! I even had an issue with the payment, which I didn't even know, but Steve contacted me directly and is refunding my overpayment. No one does that! Once I was able to hand over my keys, select my car wash, and wait in the lovely outdoor waiting area (there's an indoor one too), the first things I did were to create a Yelp page and add them on Google Maps. I am always pleased with their service, and I know business have had to change hands over the pandemic, but I was pleased to learn that this place's quality hadn't changed. My car was completed within an hour, it was spotless inside and out, and it wasn't greasy! They also kept my driver's seat setting the same. Will likely be back for future cleaning services. Love how clean my car was afterwards!
