It is a little annoying how workers insist on helping with the simplest step of paying, and the lane setup is confusing. The right two lanes are marked for members, but in reality all lanes are standard pay lanes -- it would make far more sense if only one was reserved for members. Still, it is an easy place to swing in if you are driving by or headed to H-E-B for groceries. I do not keep a membership since my Jeep is over 15 years old and only gets periodic love, but if you have a newer car, a membership would probably be worth it.

Faris (the owner?) greeted me with a cordial wave before I even parked the car. He was very friendly and assessed my car's exterior and interior before suggesting which package. When I asked for an engine bay wash, he deliberated for a little and initially offered just to blow off the dust for free but after seeing some caked-on dirt under the hood, we decided to go for it. Love how he didn't just jump to it when I asked about it. :) I loved the clean and comfortable waiting area! Most people waited in the chairs and benches outside to enjoy the cooler weather, but there were seats with tables inside to pull out a laptop and get some work done. WiFi was great too. There were drinks, water, and coffee. Sitting at the window, I could see the cars and teams in action... and they were really hustling! There was definitely a system-- cars directed towards specific areas for different washes, and each team member focused on a specific duty. Everyone seemed like they were working hard. And Faris would walk around to check on each car, scribble some code on the windows to mark the progress, and ensure everything went smoothly. Teamwork at its finest-- very neat! And the actual car wash result? Pretty much spotless! My car was so shiny and the wheels were the cleanest they've been in a long time. There was still a small bit of wiping swirl noticeable on the inside and when I drove off, some water hiding near the side mirrors slid off onto the sides. But no biggie-- I just wiped that off whenever I got out of the car. Payment by card only (although I did see a tip box for cash so maybe I'll use that next time!). Probably not the cheapest wash out there but for how smooth and comfortable the experience is, how friendly the team was, and how clean my car turned out, I'll be back! I purchased it from a school dealership and they give me complementary car washes however today I'm taking a couple of friends out and even though my car was in the garage it accumulated dust so I figured I would have it washed it cleaned and vacuum so that my friends would have the best experience in this beautifully wonderful car. They do offer a great value for the price. I still want to say that the value you can't be there's no place else in town. You can get a hand car wise for what you can get it done and keep it clean.! The older gentleman at the kiosk helped me get set up, and he was so sweet and helpful. I didn't catch his name, but he was awesome. While I was vacuuming my car, Richard came over and offered to help remove my old stickers from their car wash and some previous ones, too. He handled it quickly and efficiently, which I really appreciated. All around, I received great customer service today, and that makes a big difference. Happy to be back!

I will therefore fill a complaint with the BBB. If that was the case, they shouldn't of said they were going to fix it in the first place. They even taped it up. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! The manager doesn't have a clue on how to proceed with this if it happens, just goes by protocol, calls district manager, owner, etc. Gave me the big run around that their mechanic was going to replace it, then throws a big excuse as to why they wouldn't do it 2 weeks later.
