ABSOLUTELY NOT !!!!! THEY MAKE YOU CHECK IN WEEKLY. VIA AI FACE SCAN…read more Idk why and when a bail bondsman became a bootleg probation officer but for whatever reason, THIS Bond company thinks it's ok to make you check in WEEKLY for the life of your case. Some of these cases take years to resolve. My client has retained private counsel and given them FULL POWER OF ATTORNEY, yet bail 2go thinks it's appropriate to demand a face scan and some other crap Every . Single . Week. Hidden in some language in their contract. Breach of contract is a civil matter so are they abusing their reach as probation officers at this location? I wish it was me who was on bond instead of my client because I promise you, I would make them stand on this "contract" and take this to the Supreme Court if necessary. Another overreach with AI as the driving force. Avoid this company and their nasty customer service at all costs. I could have had my client spend that $100 ANYWHERE so PLEASE before you hire a bond company for your loved one, ASK THEM if they force you to put your face into an AI database weekly to maintain your freedom. With this type of reach, probation and pre trial isn't even necessary. Facial recognition software has all of my clients updated biometrics over $100. Never again!

Went for fingerprinting and it was an easy experience. I was in and out in about 10 minutes…read more If this is your first time coming to this location, go up the right set of stairs at the entrance of the building, take a right once you're in the doors and keep walking till you see suite 2151 on the left wall. I do wish the email had clear instructions for the entrance, there's two sets of stairs and of course I went up the wrong one the first time, but there's only two so it's a 50-50 chance haha. It was easy to navigate otherwise. Not a huge issue that took away anything from my experience but could improve others' experience for the future.

I scheduled my appointment through the Department of Financial Services. Based on this experience,…read morethe Department's affiliation with IdentoGO should be reevaluated due to a complete lack of communication and basic operational professionalism. My confirmation email contained no phone number and no building or check-in instructions. Upon arrival, there was no signage or staff presence indicating where or how to check in. I independently navigated the building and located Suite 2151 without any guidance. I arrived at the suite at approximately 4:28 PM and knocked for over 15 minutes with no response. With no phone number provided in my confirmation email, I was forced to search online to locate an email address for the company. The only phone number available was posted physically on the door--again, not provided to patients in advance. I called this number multiple times with no answer. When an employee(Christina) eventually returned my call, their demeanor was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. The employee was unable to identify my scheduled appointment and incorrectly assumed I was present for a drug screening, despite my appointment being for fingerprinting. This lack of awareness further demonstrates the disorganization and unprofessional conduct at this location. No meaningful effort was made to address the situation or take responsibility for the failures in communication. This experience reflects poorly not only on IdentoGO, but on any department that continues to refer patients to this location. I will not be returning, and I will be formally communicating this experience to the appropriate departments for further review.

Anytime Bail Bonds at 11am this morning, they claimed they could help me bond my friend out, then didn't call me back. I had to call them multiple times throughout the day to extract information from the two unprofessional individuals who answer their single phone line. Neither one identified themselves by name to me, they simply took the information I gave them and never called me back. When I called them yet again at 5pm, the woman who answered (again, giving me no name) informed me "oh, my guy has been trying to call you back but got no answer," which is BS because my phone was on and getting other calls all day long. I'd been waiting ALL DAY to hear from them! The woman said her bondsman decided not to write the bond because he "thinks there might be another charge pending" which again is BS as there are no additional charges for the man I was trying to bond out. I don't live anywhere near Sanford so I'd driven there and waited all day in a hot parking lot for this so-called bondsman, over six hours altogether, all for nothing. DO NOT USE THEM. Give your hard-earned money to a real bail bondsman, not this miserable excuse of one.
