Unique was okay enough to prepay for another year and we did so again this past year as well. Trugreen has since acquired Unique. Not sure if it's a coincidence, but the lawn hasn't been the same since TruGreen took over. We prepaid Unique for aeration, but it's not happened yet. Trugreen says they'll do it before end of November! Usually Unique did the service in September before leaves all fell or the ground started to frost each night, but Trugreen is not Unique. Absolutely disgusted. No idea when aeration will occur, but I know we're switching companies. Trugreen sucks.

The problem was that the ground was too soft and some of their heavy equipment got stuck in the yard. The aftermath from that were VERY deep ruts left in my yard... and it's a big yard, about 1-1/2 acres =(. It's very time consuming trying to cut grass around 30' long ruts and potholes 10" deep! Not fun. I was told they would repair it... OK, that was over 8 months ago! I've called them and messaged them many times and they always say I'm on the schedule... WHAT SCHEDULE? I got an estimate today to repair the damage and it was $450.00! Oh,I forgot they did come one day in the beginning of summer and fill in some shallow ruts that amounted to about 1/4 of the total damage. I did message them to say thank you, but you missed the majority of the damage, so they are aware that there was a lot left to fix. I write to you not as a customer but a victim of Tree-mend-us who performed tree services next…read moredoor. The story... Before leaving for a vacation in late June 2022, a wind storm dropped several trees. Both my neighbor and I cut all trees that fell to the ground however my neighbor requested service for cutting tree limbs from high areas. While I was on my vacation a week later, my neighbor's tree appointment was conducted. Because of areas difficult to reach from his yard, Tree-mend-us took the liberty to use my property to access the neighbor's trees. Of course, without asking for my approval to use my property. They proceeded with moving equipment into my driveway and ran into a gazebo. During his service, the trucks and service equipment used during the tree trimming dripped oil and other lubricants (unable to be removed with a residential power washer) over many areas on my driveway. These stains could easily have been prevented by putting cardboard over the leaky motor, but there was no consideration to those who aren't watching.... I called the salesman who visited my property and consented to the damage. He agreed to replace the gazebo and asked to fund me for the driveway stains or clean it himself. Fortunately, they replaced the gazebo before disappearing (good). However, the driveway is still oil ridden and no funding has occurred even after being requested. Again, as an innocent bystander seeking things to be brought back to the original condition, I attempted removal of the oil with gas, goof-off, and a 3100-psi pressure sprayer to remove the grime. 70% fruitful but... Not able to return to the original finish. FAIL! It has been since 6/29 since the damage occurred (today 9/19/22) and it's still is not complete after several attempts to reach out to the Sale Rep. For the few responses they have made, the sales rep continues to make promises without a commitment or results. So, all folks considering doing business with Tree-Mend-Us, be aware, the commitment to doing things right or asking permission before using... will not be part of the deal. Consult your neighbors first, so they can look out for their property. Tree-Mend-Us is there to get only the job done, no matter what it takes to get there... Out-of-site; Out-of-Mind. They don't care about preventing damage or caring for the damage after realizing it....
