The building was quiet, I was temp checked by someone at the door and directed to the elevator. I easily found Quest on the second floor and walked in. They had a scan station for the QR Code they emailed me. I wanted for a minute or two and then Shauna came to get me. She was kind and calm and explained everything in a soft but knowing voice. She talked me through the prep work and gave clear instruction. She asked about me weekend and we giggled about something and then she's applying a bandage. It was over. Not pain, barely a pinch. She had me confirm my name on all of the vials and sent me off with "be safe" wishes. She was wonderful. I don't know if you can request technicians but I would absolutely see Shauna again. Update: went back again and saw Rosalind. She was punctual, kind, funny, and just as quick and gentle as Shauna. Thank you!

I was told to come to this location to drop off a frozen stool sample. Rusti, the employee was…read moreunkind to me and another gentlemen trying to check-in. She acted like we were an inconvenience to her. She tried to get me to wait for all the appointments before taking my sample. I then had to explain to her in front of the entire waiting room that my sample is a frozen stool sample and I didn't want it to thaw. At that point she finally took it and I was able to go. If she is that bothered by a sample drop off I genuinely cannot imagine being a patient of hers. If you have to use quest, pick a different location.

This lab is one of our favorites, if that can even apply to a place that draws tour blood, but they never seem to be dazed by things and are always super helpful. I also must admit that if you go early in the am there is t much of a line or none at all. Now this might mean business goes their way and lines begin to form, but I'm ok with that if it means they get to stay around! I'm also a hard one to find a vein, and they get it every time on the first try which is no small feat. And much appreciated. All told this is a good option for any lab work if you live in the area.

(When I was 18, I was told I didn't weigh enough to give blood, so I've never had that much blood drawn.) The techs were amazing. They patiently and good-naturedly answered all my questions. My anxiety was in overdrive, so they had me lie down. There were two techs working together, so it went fairly quickly. They even told me after it was done, to just take it easy, and eat something and drink water as soon as I was able. They were awesome, and I really appreciated their professionalism and kindness.
