When they did call, they showed up and told me they would give me two separate bids (front yard/back yard)... that was over a week ago. They haven't responded or sent me a quote. They seem uninterested in dealing with people. Finally got the estimate after 10 days... they were 4x higher than 3 other companies that gave me estimates. Will not use yardmasters.

After posting my review, the owner, Bryce Wade, texted me personally. At first, he said he was…read more"concerned" and wanted to learn from the situation. I respectfully replied that I had already made my point clear and that I did not wish to have further contact. Despite that, he sent me another message -- this time pressuring me to remove my review and essentially blaming me for everything. To be clear: I paid my bill. I acknowledged it was late. What I cannot accept is being threatened with a lien on my home over $250, and then being personally harassed by the business owner when I shared my honest experience. I stand by my review. Reviews exist so customers can share their experiences, good or bad, without being intimidated into silence. For me, this stopped being about a sprinkler bill a long time ago -- it's about how a company chooses to treat people. And the way Yard Masters chose to treat me was unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable.

I had Braden from Great Lake Arbor care work on two different properties and was very happy with…read morethe results each time. On one, he and his associate took down a 40' tall blue spruce and several diseases aspen trees. On the second he removed, to the ground, a 45' tall Alianthus (Tree of "Paridise"), and three 30' tall Box Elders. They also significantly cleaned up and unweighted a diseased Siberian Elm tree to remove dead branches and excessive growth. Their equipment is modern and professional and Braden climbs right up into the trees to get where he needs to be to do his job. The pricing is competitive and they are reliable. I'll use them again as needed for future tree removal and pruning work.

In this day and age of supply and demand there is no room for misleading or lying to clients in my opinion. When they discuss being in business for 20 years, etc don't be fooled suggest you spend your hard earned money with some other landscaping company definitely couldn't be worse then Jason at Earthworks.

Thought they would top it first, but cut it at the base and downed it onto the street exactly as they planned. Quickly cut it up, and had the street open within 30 minutes. Claudio made sure everything was clean, straight and nicely finished. It was exactly what I wanted and could have hoped for. Nothing was overlooked and no corners were cut at all. It gave me the impression that he was doing the job as if he was doing it for his grandmother and wanted to be proud of the final product. The only reason that it's not 5 stars is because scheduling was hard to predict. I didn't really know when the job was going to happen. It made me nervous and gave me unneeded stress. My wife wanted me to cancel and try someone else. In the end, I'm glad that Claudio and his crew were the ones I stuck with.
