The rep was name was Lelah Villar with PMI Integrity Properties owned by gentleman named ZED. We sent pictures to her on Jan 17th of issues of the property with Pictures Via Txt Sun Jan 17th after the move was completed. I paid a deposit of $900 for my short period of rental and paid all the rent up until the 15th of May. Move out was done May 14th and instructions was to put the key in the box provided at the home. An inspection will be done then let me know what the refund would be. Here are the events in chronological order. May 12 -txt request instructions to return property. Instructed put key in lock box for a walk through May 14th - moved out key in lock box. did not hear anything back May 19th.- called and txt Lelah regarding the return of the property. She texted back someone from office will do an inspection and release the funds apoligize for not returning call. asked about the fee of $10 keeping popping up as email May 27th - Txt asking about the move out inspection completed and still getting emails that i owe money. She confirms there is a ZERO balance. Will check if move out is completed June 2nd - Txt Lelah that the system is charging me rent again. no response from Lelah. so i called the office and spoke to Theresa who was kind and reassured that I do not owe anything and that she just needs to update the system. Theresa said she will be handling it saying i do not live there anymore. She was very kind and great as she has been handling the problem. asked her about move out refund June 7th - Called and txt lelah. She only responded in txt that she is not incharge of accounting. I called Theresa still asking about charges and she reassured me that it will not be an issue. June 10the called in office and Lelah no response from Txt message or call back. Email ZED (owner), Theresa (accountant), & Lelah the timeline above to get issues resolved. Spoke to Theresa she said she will get it resolved. 6/14 Theresa said it will be handled. And will get it resolved today 6/18 said she Theresa was on vacation 6/22 spoke to Theresa. Said she is getting it resolved today. Ask when inspection was done. She does not know 6/23- left message for Theresa called 3x Spoke to Mary Ellent .Spoke to compliance offer to file a complaint and emailed the parties involved As you can see that this has been an ongoing struggle

When you hire Jill, you don't just get Jill, you get Jill's team - Jill walked us through everything - told us to get maximum value we needed to completely redo the interior, hired an affordable painter/repairman (and this was during COVID when hiring these types of people was not an easy thing to do), got us new flooring at an incredible price, brought in an interior designer, handled every problem that came up (including a major hurricane), put the house on the market and in 2 days got 10 offers all above asking price, and successfully shepherded us through a closing with some surprises from the buyer. Jill goes way beyond what you would expect a realtor to do, is great at keeping you in the loop on everything that is happening, and is 100% trustworthy and honest. She simply gets things done. I've bought and sold multiple houses in my life - never have I seen a realtor as good as Jill. The investment she recommended we put in the house was paid back multiple times over. And she did all this while we were in another state, never once having to go to Baton Rouge to oversee anything. Whatever issue came up (again, there was a hurricane that hit the area), she knew a very affordable person to fix the issue. My brothers and I couldn't have found a better realtor and we can't recommend her highly enough.
