She's not the least expensive, but nothing is worse than getting a "Good deal" on a cleaning job, but then realizing it's done terribly! After several different cleaners and the work of having to redo their work or finish the job, we now know we can count on Susan to make sure everything is spic and span. We make appointments with her several weeks or months out, and we don't need to check and see if she's still coming as it gets close. She comes when she says she will, or reschedules for earlier! My wife is very fussy about details and apparently Susan is too, and she puts in the elbow grease to make things look like they are supposed to! We cannot recommend Susan any higher than we do.
