I'd give them zero stars if I could. A few months ago, I thought I might be having a miscarriage. I had a really hard time getting through to anyone--scheduling or the nurse line. I even tried their chat feature and didn't get a response for over 24 hours. I finally got ahold of them the next day and made an appointment. I arrived at my appointment time, but they were unbelievably short staffed. I was there for three hours. When I told the nurse I was feeling frustrated with how long I had been there (at two-and-a-half hours) she told me they had "real emergencies" happening and just made me feel worse about the situation. I was crying before someone came in to tell me my baby was gone. Don't go here. read more

Scheduling never answers the phone. That's the first issue right off the bat. then there is the fact that the providers there don't seem to want to preform surgeries on larger women. I was told my tubes couldn't be tied inless I opted for clamps when my baby was delivered becuase the fat would get in the way. That may be true but who says that to another human being?! And also I'm sure I'm not the only overweight women who has had their tubes tied right after delivery. I question weather it's a matter of competence. As a result, I didn't end up having the surgery. And now I can't because insurance won't cover it. read more

I was received last minute for an emergency situation that eventually required surgery. Though it felt rushed at first, I realized Dr. Evans and his team were just worried that I would need a same day surgery. I was properly prepped, and briefed on what would happen and the healing process. The nurses are always kind (especially Jill) and because of Dr. Evans honesty, I now know more about my diagnosis. read more

Everyone there is so kind. I have received great care by the obgyns and nurses! recommend them highly!

I was a satisfied patient at Madison Women's Clinic for years until my last experience with them. I met with Dr. Evans regarding a surgical issue. I found him very curt and condescending. He was not prepared or versed on my case and did not provide all the information I needed at my initial appointment. Due to not receiving the information I needed to be prepared for my procedure he cancelled the procedure at my pre-op appointment the day before. This diagnosis and procedure were already very upsetting and his insensitive remarks made an already painful situation worse. I left the office in tears. read more

I am leaving five stars because I really like Dr. Evans and Dr. Matt Allred. Dr. Evans took my health problems seriously and was very knowledgable. He delivered two of my emergency C-Sections. I was not impressed with some of the other people I have met at the clinic, and some of the nurses are rude. However, Evans and Matt Allred are great. If you go, request to see them. read more

Every time my wife and I come in here everyone is so kind and nice. My wife is a couple months pregnant so for the checkups we come here about once a month. Inside there's a very nice warm feel to the place and you can tell the Doctors, nurses and x-ray techs are very knowledgeable. We've had a great experience here so far. read more
