This doctor is scam, they charged me $1500 for few pieces of papers. Called them many times spoke with her twice told her the diet plan is not working and it's impossible to do. She s a chiropractor and has not enough knowledge in nutrition and diet. I definitely will report to California board of chiropractic to report her. read more

This place is a scam. Dr. Jafroodi is a chiropractor but she introduces herself not as a chiropractor but a functional medicine doctor. She is fake and only after money. I took my son there and she was forcing me to pay $1600. She cannnot even do a blood test because she is a chiro too Medical doctor and yet she calls herself a functional medicine doctor. One star is even too much for her. By the way she has 2 yelp account another scam. I don't know how yelp allowed this . read more

Tomorrow will be my 5 cavitation ultrasound treatment. I don't see any results. I hope this wasn't a scam. The office manager and the whole staff promised it will work. I paid $430 dollars for 6 treatments and the body wrap cream. I spend my savings on this... So it by treatment 6 I see nothing I will have to speak up.. I will stay positive until then. read more

I received a Groupon to this place for a massage as a gift and just came back from getting my massage. It was absolutely the worst massage of my life. First of all, the massage therapist used gloves during my massage. What the heck?!? I've never had a massage in my life where the therapist used gloves, and there is a reason. It was so uncomfortable feeling the rubbery gloves on my body - they bunched up as she massaged me. Second, sorry to say, but the massage therapist smelled like BO. So suffice it to say, that was not relaxing at all. Plus she kept trying to talk to me throughout the massage, asking about my religion, what it entails, and a bunch of other things that I really didn't want to talk about during a massage. I was just trying to relax, not there for a gab session. Plus there were just a couple other little things that would have been really easy to do but make a big difference for the atmosphere. There was no music, the massage oil didn't smell like anything, and the lights were on pretty bright for a massage. Definitely not coming back here. read more

The staff is friendly and on time. Clean facility. Easy to get to and lots of parking. Thank you Dr B and Darlene for an amazing experience!!!! Will definitely return here soon! read more

OMG! The worse experience ever! This lady is not specialist at all and the diet is totally FAKE and unprofessional! The supplements all are from amazon or other places! She is not following you at all, you have to follow with her ! Doesn't know anything about nutrition and ... I totally agreed with comment YS , you just losing your money !!! read more

Promotions are to get you to sign up for other services. If you don't fall for it, then things go downhill. Very curt and arrogant attitude at the front desk. Therapist refused to listen to what you need, insisted on doing whatever she felt like. read more

Whoever wrote the staff is friendly must be joking. The front desk is not welcoming in the least and you can tell they are only forcing themselves until you sign up for services. I felt so uncomfortable with the consultation that I never signed up for services. I am 108lbs and was told I needed over the normal amount of treatments to lose the few pounds I wanted, from lipo to injections to creams etc... The lady I had the consultation with asked me to show her the areas I was concerned with while she looked on from her desk. Never had that happen! Embarrassing as hell! Usually the physician walks over to the patient and explains why or why not you should be concerned with the area to be treated. Highly unprofessional and awkward. This place should not be in business. I went with my gut and you should as well. Never signed up for anything. read more

I met with Dr. Heidi Jay a little over a week ago for my consultation and she took her time explaining every minor detail from the foods I should be eating all the way to the ingredients of each supplement I should be taking. She told me she would put me in her 8 week program and I decided to start my diet the following day. As soon as I left the office, Dr. Jay had already sent me my weekly food schedule along with my grocery list. She provides you with her cell phone number should you have any questions (which not many doctors do). I texted her with some questions and she almost responded instantaneously. Exactly one week later, I went to pick up my scale and attend my cavitation appointment with Kristine. Let me just tell you, she was amazing. I was a little skeptical about the whole thing in the first place, but Kristine explained the procedure beforehand and was chatting with me the whole time during the procedure which made me feel more comfortable. I'm currently on day 10 of my diet and I have already lost 10 pounds. I can't wait to finish my 8 weeks and have finally reached my goal. I would DEFINITELY recommend this place to anyone who is serious about weight loss. Thank you everyone at Tri Health!! read more

for the price she charges (expensive) for 8 week treatment plan you get a weekly generic diet , it is NOT specially made for your body and have nothing to do with your test result (diabetic/cholesterol) if you choose not to go to the office once a week,( and pay More) then you have to fallow up with them yourself, the text and email, apparently comes from different people, or they don't care to match the result, with your name or your medical condition, the communication is terrible once the credit card is charged, and you receive your $30 measurement tool and your supplement you are on your own, no one fallows up with you . SHE IS NOT A NUTRITIONIST nor a MEDICAL DOCTOR good luck if you change your mind and decide to get your money back. read more

So I went to this place for underarm hair removal. I had done hair removal at another place on my legs and was very happy, but have since moved so I tried these guys. I spoke to them and they said I would need five sessions. I went in five times as requested and there was ZERO difference. Not even one hair was lessened. Two of my friends also went in time after time for hair removal. After finishing their series, the result was nothing! Not a single hair was lessened!! After asking around, I found out that they use their IPL machine for hair removal!!!!! IPL machines do not remove hair. That is not their purpose. It's the only machine they have so they thought they'd make as much money as they can from their one machine, and just lie to people. They specifically told me that it is for hair removal. They have the audacity to now claim that they've finally bought a real hair removal machine so come on back and this time, we'll really remove your hair. Really? Like I'm stupid enough to fall for it a second time? Unbelievable. In my opinion, STAY AWAY!!! read more

I went yesterday for my first cavitation lipo sessions. I purchased a groupon for 4 sessions to try it out. Haleh, manages the front desk and she also performed the cavitation lipo on me. She is such a great motivator and the session went by super fast. I am rating this a 5 for my experience there, i look forward to the rest of my sessions! read more

A friend referred me to Tri Health because I was looking for a new place for laser hair removal. Some of the other laser places I had been to had horrible service, so I was a little apprehensive before going. I'm so happy that I found this gem, the service is great! They did a consultation and made sure that getting laser treatment was even a good option for me (and my skin type/hair color). They really care about each patient that walks into the office, which makes me even happier to give them my business. I've been there two times now and I'm already seeing results! So happy to be hair free! I would definitely recommend them! read more

It's so sad to see all these old, out dated bad reviews. All the good ones are hidden by Yelp filters!!! The two girls at the front desk were sweet as pie and very welcoming. I first met with the doctor who explained the procedure I had bought a life booker deal for (ultrasonic calvitation) and never offered me more services. She simply said that if I liked it and wanted to purchase more, I could do so by calling them back directly whenever I wanted. The girl from the front desk did my procedure, and it was great. She made sure I was comfortable and talked to me the whole 30 minute session so I wouldn't be bored or hear the strange ringing noise that you get in your ears from the machine. It was a wonderful experience and I will definitely be back if I notice in the next few days that the procedure worked as it's supposed to! read more

I went to Tri Health on a groupon deal for a "cavitation" treatment. My experience was very positive, the place is easy to go to with a free parking, is clean and the receptionist Melody is super efficient and kind. My therapist was Lily, she is the best. She is very experienced and so sweet. It was relaxing and pleasant to be there as you expected from your spa visit. Most of all, the treatment worked on me!!!! I will definitely go back and recommend Tri Health Medical read more

I go to Tri Health almost every week for the last 2 years! Rose, who gives me the deep tissue massage is amazing! I call her "The Angle with two Healing Hands"! Last week I was suffering from a very severe back and neck pain. Dr. Azim kindly accepted to see me on Saturday, even though I called the office at 9:30 am, and that was the best thing I did for my pain! Dr. Azim took her time interviewing me and explained fully about the possible sources of the pain, gave very useful suggestions about exercising and taking more water during the day and then she did some work on my back and neck. The best part was the adjustment!! It was amazing and after a couple of hours my pain was much better!! She is a life saver! I just referred one of my friends to her today! read more

I got my first cavitation done yesterday, and let's just say I loved it . The staff is great and the center is clean ! Christine I believe was my techs name .. And she was amazing. It's a very clean and modern facility. The staff are nice and friendly. I had four cavitation sessions with Yeranouhi and she was great!

I purchased a series of cavitaion treatments with Christine. I just had the 4th treatment, and even though I do not see a difference yet, Christine says that she sees it. I had a little trouble getting appointments at first but now I book in advance to get my time slot. Conveniently located and nice parking lot. Clean, friendly office. read more

I just recently got the cavitation done by Christine and I am honestly so happy with my results. Christine was honest and thorough, very informative and wasn't annoyed when I asked her a billion questions. Parking was super easy and the entire staff was very helpful. I purchased 2 IPL treatments through Lifebooker.com. The 1st treatment was very thorough....so thorough, that I had more scabbing from the results than from any previous IPL service I had ever had (at 4 different places). The results, however, were fantastic-- so it was well worth the week it took to heal. Scheduling the 2nd treatment was not easy. IPL treatments will not be scheduled until at least 4 weeks after the 1st one. That's fine, but a treatment will not be scheduled for the next calendar month! I had to wait till May, to schedule an appointment in May! Really?? Anyway, I scheduled my 2nd appointment, and emphatically stated I'd like to have the same person perform it as the 1st time. I was told this would happen; but when I showed up, a different person gave me the treatment. Apparently the 1st person was no longer working there. The 2nd treatment seemed much quicker and more comfortable than the 1st one; it turned out this was because basically nothing was done!!! I literally saw no difference than before I went in, other than 2 tiny darkened spots!! I sent an email to the business about my dissatisfaction, and was told to come back and talk to Dr. Hedy. Dr. Hedy offered me a "complimentary" 2nd treatment with the same person - the one who did basically nothing; or a discount toward a much, more expensive treatment. Feeling pressured, I signed up for a different laser treatment; but after returning home and doing research on this procedure - and also realizing that I was never satisfied with how things were handled, I cancelled the treatment. Since then, I have called 3 times , to speak to Dr. Heddy; and interestingly enough, she is always with a client after the receptionist asks my name! I just wish I hadn't ignored the other 1 and 2 star reviews, before purchasing this voucher! read more

I did the 8 weeks weight loss program and cavitation. I am very happy with the results. I lost about 2 inches around my hips. Christine is very nice, honest and friendly. She makes me feel comfortable during every visit. She answers all my questions. Thank you so much for everything! read more

I've had serious back pain for the last few years, and I've been to many doctors and chiropractors. Tri Health Medical Institute is by far the best. As opposed to some other Chiropractors who spend 5 minutes with their patients, Dr. Azim spends time and really cares about her patients. Also, THMI is one of the nicest offices I've been to. It is a one stop shop with two Medical Doctors, two Chiropractic Doctors and all sorts of cosmetic treatments such as laser hair removal, facial laser, and skin care products. If you need any services that they offer, go there! You won't regret it. read more

I came here on a Groupon for six utlrasonic cavitation treatments. The staff here is super friendly and my technician Christine is the sweetest girl. I booked two sessions in a row to do upper arms and lower abs in the same day since Encino is far away. On my way over on the first day, I was running late due to a parade on Hollywood Blvd. I kept calling them and said if I run half an hour late, I'll just do one session. Christine did both sessions on me anyway and everyone was really understanding about the parade. I did two more sessions of upper arms and lower abs at the same time. I also bought a Nano Lipic fat burning cream from Christine and I swear by it. I see noticeable results on my lower abs. Upper arms aren't as noticeable Christine told me the my bat wings (my words not hers) may be skin instead of fat. I'm beginning to think this is the case. Ultrasonic cavitation is to kill fat and not tighten skin so to see results in lower abs and not arms can't be due to the treatment. I will miss Christine but not the drive to Encino. By the way, parking is super easy and free. read more
