By chance one day I walked into HealthMax Physiotherapy clinic as it was very close to my home and I decided to try one more clinic before giving up altogether. I had the good fortune of meeting with the wonderful doctors, therapists and staff and immediately felt like part of a caring family and I have been receiving treatment ever since. Dr. Mirza not only devoted hours of his valuable time to talk to me, often late into the evening so as to try and determine the correct course of action for my various issues, but he also made a point of following up and looking into many different options to help me in every way possible. It was always so difficult to get a RMT massage on a Sunday until now. The massage therapist I got was awesome. She explains what she's doing and what you can do to improve. She's very attentive to make sure the pressure is suitable. After the hour long massage, I feel relaxed, not like I got beat up with a baseball bat unlike other places I've tried. Best of all, they can also directly bill your insurance and save you the time and hassle.

He really gets into the problem areas with incredible technique, and I feel very refreshed after seeing him. He also gives tips on how to help with preventative measures (stretches, etc). The prices at Nexus are also very reasonable, and they do direct billing with my insurance provider (sunlife) which is a bonus.

And then they say we will give you the receipt and you can reimburse it. But course I don't travel with my Wallet for a massage it's either Apple Pay which wasn't there or the fact that they would process payment as usual on their end. How would I pay for it if I wasn't told before hand to bring my card since "front desk is away" and when I asked will they be back the answer was " I'm not sure" this is hilarious it's a joke of a massage company.
