We tried to go visit the facility and a security gate at the entrance kept us from going further than the gate. The security guard took my name and number and I received a call from an official. Previously I had gotten thru and put my dad on a waiting list in September. He no longer needs their care so I asked that he be removed. There are no vacancies and there are no anticipated vacancies they know of. Patients currently living there who have family members needing care will help their family members get housing first. If no patient family members require one of the vacancies when they open, then the next name on the public waiting list is called. The lady I spoke with told me in the 14 months she had been an employee there wasn't a vacancy filled by a person on the waiting list. We will keep searching. They get 4 stars for their security and the fact that someone called me after I spoke with the security guard.

Upon entering, the cool air conditioning was refreshing. The heat and humidity made the feels like temp 95-98 degrees outside. Checking in was very easy. Registering was very easy. I sat and waited for my turn. There were a dozen people there and it seemed like everyone was heading through the double doors to their respective appointments timely. My appointment took an hour. My nurse, Lisa, was very thorough. She drew blood, went over my medical history, explained my procedure, performed a nose swab to check if I am a MRSA carrier, EKG, and more. I am very impressed with the pre-op screening done by HH and TOC. I highly recommend HH Pre-Admission testing for your surgical needs. 5/5

I have arthritis in my knee and it is inflamed. I called and made an appointment to see Dr. Parks…read more He gave me a steroid shot in the knee and told me to take it easy on my knee. A few weeks pass and no real relief. I had to go back to TOC. The pain was unbearable so I had to get fluid drained, twice. The local anesthetic was a minor poke. The harpoon used to drain fluid, that bad boy hurt. I can't imagine the pain without the local anesthetic. Two large tubes of fluid were removed, twice. I have gone 2 weeks in a row to get the fluid drained from my knee cap. Many thanks to Tom, Dr. Park's PA! I had an MRI. Dr. Parks told me I need a total knee replacement. I have the surgery scheduled late June. The schedule is full. The waiting room for people with knee problems is full all day. It doesn't matter if you have a morning or afternoon appointment. Thankfully Dr. Park's staff is efficient and they get patients in and out quickly. While I do not look forward to surgery, I know that surgery will allow me to get around better and improve quality of life. Many thanks to Dr. Park's and his staff. 5/5
