ITW has gone above and beyond our wildest expectations and totally transformed the electric in our 110-year-old home! We called ITW due to the electric constantly short circuiting in the entire home, which was due to corrosion of the electrical panel. Also, the existing knob and tube wiring was failing. It was a complete mess, but JT expertly designed a scalable electrical masterpiece. We now have new electrical panels installed and the fun part can begin: rewiring! In light of the electric overhaul that we were undertaking, we decided to have the electric lines buried underground. ITW expertly spearheaded all communication with DTE, inspections and documentation for underground burial. We did not have to worry about a thing! I would be remiss if I did not take the time to recognize and send a very special thank you to JT. He has been absolutely phenomenal during this whole experience. JT has even come out on a holiday to ensure the job was done! Now if that is not dedication, I do not know what is! BEWARE! My home had 13 code violations. EZ came out and began work. After 2 work days they…read moresaid the job was complete. Inspector found 6 remaining violations! EZ walked away leaving violations. I had galvanized pipe replaced with PEX pipe in my basement, severing the GEC ground. After waiting 6 full weeks of calling and voicemails, I FINALLY got them back out to finish the job and fix the ground. They let me go 6 weeks without a ground! The receptionist always says she'll call you back and never does. I had to call EZ back out a total of 4 times to bring my home up to code. Unacceptable. Never again. Save yourself the headache.
