Was really hopeful that this was going to be as good as people said in their reviews, unfortunately not what we found. Pizza was burnt, sausage was like ground beef. Caesar salad dressing had little flavor. 14 inch pizza, 2 small salads (could have split 1 as they are pretty big), 4 cocktails with house liquor was $80.

Cheesesteak with grilled onions & fries

Enjoyed another Philly cheesesteak with tots! Service was excellent. Sat outside and our waitress was fantastic! I personal love the cheesesteaks and that they use coopers sharp. Cheesy and great! Very meaty. I'm only able to eat half and I take the other half home for the next night and heat up in the oven. Still need to try the pizza!

New York supreme minus bell pepper.

Ambiance is nice, pretty bar and seating area. Not a ton of tables indoors which explains why there are always people spilling out onto tables outside. James the bartender super nice, made helpful recommendations. The pie was wonderful. Best pizza we've had in Dunedin so far. Best of the Bay winners and we know why now!

Another great experience! We did another half and half with the New York Supreme (our fav) and the Best of the Bay. We also had a small Boss Hog ordered from the rest of our party. Our favorite continues to be the New York Supreme and the Old World cheese. We tried the Garlic Knots again and they are just not that great. Our server was great as always and the vibe is good!

Pizza pie with sausage on the entire pie and mushrooms on half of the pie.... Delicious

My first time here and food was delicious. I have to say the pizza pie was amazing. Great service from when you enter to the service of the waiter, our waitress was Samantha she was very attentive and very courteous. We will definitely come back. It has a full bar, table tops seating and booths seating as well. Plenty of parking in the plaza. Great ambiance... Thank you for your service

Cheesesteak

I've been trying cheesesteaks around pinellas county and I heard that this place was a must try. I loved the fun atmosphere and the bartenders were really nice. My food came out very quickly, and it was delicious! Definitely top 5 in the area. I could do without the fries though, they weren't well seasoned and were cold in the center. My only comments on the cheesesteak were that I wish the bread was seeded and was toasted a bit more. However the copper sharp cheese was melted to perfection and the meat was very tender. I will be back to try the pizza!

Call ahead for a reservation! This place is amazing and packed! Young man at the door was super friendly- Samantha served us perfectly. The pizzas were fresh and so tasty- both the Sicilian and Weekly special of chicken parm were winners!! It's loud inside but there are tables outside as well. Glad we finally gave this place a shot!

We have been here 3 or 4 times now and it just really is amazing! We first tried the Supreme, the 2nd we ordered half of what I wanted and half of what Ben wanted and the toppings from my side that I didn't like we asked to make sure they made it onto Ben's side. It doesn't make any sense when ordering a pizza and you want only have to have pepperoni that the other half of the unwanted can't just be put on the side that wants it. Our 3rd time I ordered the Stromboli without pepperoni and black olives. OMG, it is so good. I love love love Stromboli! The left overs warmed up just fine as well. For our latest visit earlier this year, I had a friend in town and wanted her to experience this amazing pizza. She also loved it. It was a great night of awesome food and drinks.

This place is a perfect little gem when you're visiting Dunedin. When you walk in, you immediately see many different TV's to stay connected to your teams while enjoying the "winter". The menu is fairly straightforward but good luck making a decision. It all sounds so good. The pizzas all looked great but next time I go, I think I have to try a calzone. I ended up settling with a Philly and did not regret my decision at all. It was great. I couldn't eat the whole thing in one setting and definitely took it back to finish the next day day. The service is great. Our server, Sam, was amazing. She gave enough time to look at the menu and contemplate while also never being too far away.

Stopped in and this place once again proved it does not miss! Drinks: Tried the Apple Pie Old Fashioned and the Blackberry Margarita -- both were excellent. The margarita had a perfect balance of sweet and tart, while the old fashioned had that cozy, fall-inspired twist. Food: * Chicken Nuggies with the Five Boroughs sauce -- crispy, juicy, and that sauce is ridiculously good. * Mozz Sticks -- classic and perfectly fried with a great cheese pull. * Cheesesteak -- loaded, flavorful, and hits the spot every time. * White Pizza (added chicken on half) -- perfectly baked with great texture and flavor. Madison Avenue Pizza continues to be one of the most consistent spots around. Great drinks, great food, and always great service.

Chicken Parm with ricotta cheese was amazing!

Service was great on a busy Sat night. Food was so good and I will be able to enjoy it again because the portion was so generous! We sat outside and it was fine with the oscillating fans and no bugs! Sweet!

House made Five Bouroughs Sauce - wings. Top 3 wing sauces I've ever had. Juicy wings.

First off, I want to talk about the aesthetics of the restaurant. Freshly renovated. It has a a classy laid back atmosphere with beautiful wall art. Kelsey was incredibly friendly & always wore a smile when we talked to her. The owner Sean was also very nice as he came to our table a few times to talk to us, and give us recommendations about what's the most popular pies. Had fun chopping it up with him! Kelsey was very attentive as our drinks never hit rock bottom & was constantly anticipating our needs. The Chik Fil A pizza was insane!!!! A one of a kind creation with everything made from scratch minus the authentic CFA sauce. The flavor was intense! Very much a Sunday craving, satisfied. Only available sporadically, btw The other pie we ordered was a Chicken Florentine on a cauliflower crust. Super clean, light & tasty. Low carb. Lower kcal. Delicious! Finally, the WINGS. Their signature sauce - Five Borough. Topped with diced garlic. Incredible. Top 3 best wing experiences I've ever had. Really!!! Overall I had such a good time visiting Madison Ave. 11/10. I absolutely recommend visiting if you're in the Pinellas / Hillsborough county areas! Signed & sealed, GTB

Ordered take out last night - been wanting to try this place for a long time . Outside very welcoming with outdoor seating and lots of diners had their dogs with them....I like that . Inside first thing I noticed was the big bar that dominated the space... very nice . Second thing I noticed there were too many empty dirty unbussed tables ....several waiters chatting with each other should have been cleaning tables....not good . Pizza was ready and waiting for me . Got it home and it was very good . I know pizza is a personal thing and to my taste the crust was a little too thick for my taste - I prefer a thinner crust . Ordered the meat lovers and it had a little spice to it ...very nice .

Ask the Community - Madison Avenue Pizza

Is there a full bar?

Yes! And tvs with sports on

Do they sell by the slice?

When we went there, we did not see a by the slice option so we ended up getting the 14inch option for our daughter. Even that size is good enough for two people though.

We picked a booth way back where the noise level was minimal. Ordered the fried mushrooms as an appetizer to share. They were delicious, crispy, not greasy, and served with a mild horseradish sauce. Even my daughter, who is not a mushroom fan, gave them a high five! We had plenty to take home for the next day. Hubby and I shared the corned beef Reuben, with onion rings (a $2 up charge from fries). Delicious sandwich! We are fussy about Reuben's and this one made the grade! Daughter got a shrimp po boy. It was HUGE. She said the bread it was on was sooo good. Granddaughter had the boneless chicken tenders, light buffalo style, and a side Caesar salad. We were all very pleased with our food. It was quite busy when we left but our server was pretty much on top of things. Is it fine dining? No, but plentiful portions, and good food. Give it a try!

I'm genuinely surprised to see such ratings for Indi's Chicken. I went in expecting a simple,…read moreno-frills spot serving good old-fashioned fried chicken and classic sides. That sounded great to me. Unfortunately, the food, portions, and pricing were all disappointing. A three-piece chicken meal with two sides runs around $13-$14, and the pieces are small. Two of my three pieces were very small drumsticks. The meal doesn't include a drink, and if you just want water, you have to buy a bottle. The sides also come in very small portions. I ordered the 3 piece spicy chicken with baked beans and potato wedges. The seasoning on the chicken had a decent flavor, but it wasn't spicy at all. The bigger issue was that the chicken was extremely dry. The larger piece of fried chicken was especially bad, there was barely any meat in it. Most of it was over-fried, hardened breading surrounding a lot of empty space. I kept biting into thick, crunchy breading and air while trying to find actual chicken. The baked beans were fine but nothing notable. I did like the potato wedges, which were probably the best part of the meal. You get three as a side, but they are at least fairly large. There are also several extra costs that add up. Sauces are sold separately, the meal doesn't include a drink, and there's an additional 3% charge if you don't pay with cash. All in all, I really don't understand the high ratings. You can get better fried chicken at plenty of fast-food restaurants, or even from Walmart or Publix, for less money, with larger portions and more options. Even if you're specifically looking for a no-frills local chicken spot, this doesn't feel like a good value. You pay more, get less, and, based on my visit, the quality isn't there. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

Service was decent, they bring the food to your table, and the guy at the counter was helpful and nice. The crab rangoon was easily the standout, stuffed well and might be one of the best I've had. The pho had plenty of noodles, meat, and veggies but the broth itself was mostly just salty without much depth. Wings came out juicy and cooked well with a decent sauce, though the breading was pretty heavy. Boba milk tea was fine but had a lot of milk in it, the boba pearls themselves were done right with a good bounce. Solid spot overall, but between the heavy breading on the wings and the flat pho broth, I'm not sure I'd go back for those two. The crab rangoon alone isn't quite enough to pull me back in.
