Their service techs are professional, reliable, trustworthy and efficient. They were able to schedule us within the week that we called. They were on time and took about 90 minutes to complete the inspection and cleaning. They tested the water and sent us the results within 2 days. The pump and filter looked so good that they gave us $200 off the cleaning. All of our neighbors have used C&J Well Co. because they are the best in town.

The gentlemen who showed up came first thing in the morning. They were polite and professional. They weren't afraid to get down there and get wet like other companies we've dealt with in the past. They diagnosed the problem easily and fixed it in under an hour. And, most importantly, they fixed a problem right away for a FRACTION of what another company was going to charge and take days to get done. Because of them we saved thousands of dollars. The house runs on a private well system. An iron filter system is a big water treatment component that was installed by C&J some time ago. Most recently, a new media tank was installed since the previous one was about 10 years old and likely nearing the end of its lifespan. The call was made and done a few days prior, scheduling was done easily, and the service/tank exchange was done with no issue. After the new media filter was in place, the technician, Jeff, was sure to run a cycle and stuck around for a few moments to ensure proper functioning. Like previous service calls, work was done promptly and within reasonable pricing. Highly recommended for homeowners with well water systems!
