Wonderful location, a very nice view of the grasslands of Jells Park. A relaxing atmosphere. A beautiful place to be. First time here. The Chicken Club Sandwich had a lot of good things going for it, a nice mixture of ingredients, so it didn't get boring throughout. A top notch sandwich. The quality of the Sandwich saved the day. Because with the drinks there was some room for improvement. My iced coffee was mediocre, dull and lacklustre. I'm going to give them another go, perhaps I ordered the wrong type of drink, next time I'm going to go with my first instinct and get a Blue Heaven Milkshake instead of looking at the iced drinks menu. I would go back, because this place has potential to be very good. Overall it did get the pass from both of us. A good experience, 3 stars this time. There's also a canteen next door to the Cafe for some more easy going desserts. I got my friend a Milo Scoop shake, while I took the dogs for a walk around the footpaths. Enjoy. read more

Went here for lunch Tuesday. Lovely location and view of the lake as you eat but quite pricy for what you get. $20 for their pulled pork sandwich where the meat was cold in it and then an extra $5 for some chips. It was reasonably tasty but was disappointed they had forgot to reheat the pulled pork. The service was a little aloof too-just a little slow and they said they would grab us the bill then started wiping down empty tables. It was pleasant enough but really very pricey for what it was. read more

Waitress attitude appalling. Might be my last visit here. Don't make me feel unwelcome, don't make me feel like I have broken rules. All I did was take a seat in a mostly empty cafe and then get ignored because I didn't wait to be seated. Seriously, there might be a reason why it's empty! read more

Love the beautiful view of Jells lake from here. Their coffee is delicious and they do the best scones with jam and cream! It is a bit pricey if you're having a main or hot breakfast. Very friendly service. read more
