Absolutely one of the best meals I have ever had, everything was perfect. Service was impeccable. Highly recommend.

Beet salad was incredible

Fantastic food and friendly service. Would definitely come again! Highly recommend the seabass, beet salad, and their Neapolitan desert!

Finalky found the great restaurant snuggled back un the Business lot, nestled adjacent to the canal. Fantastic presentation of plates, very varied menu from standard fare. Chilled Shrimp/Hearts of Palm salad, Salmon on a puree of Spinach entree made me want to order more. The Carmel/Creme Brulea was less impressive... a bit too scorched but overall a great place ...and needless to what a nice sunset view....

Had a good time. Food is always good, excellent drinks service is just ok, not consistent with price that you are paying.

Red Snapper Coconut Curry is DYNAMITE! (Huachinango al Curry y Coco)

Very classy, very clean Argentine-style establishment that we found a bit hard to find but was well worth the effort. (Once you're in the parking lot, drive all the way to the back and you will find the restaurant.) no reservations, but got right in and seated within 30 seconds. Our waiter was one of the best I've ever had, an older gentleman who helped my girlfriend so much throughout the entire night with his many knowledgeable suggestions, and her requests. Our food was impeccable, though pricey. only thing I did not like was the water tastes off and smells a bit fishy. Other than that, zero complaints and all praise!

Appetizer: Tostada de Atun

Loved this gem! For an upscale experience I really enjoyed Madeira. It's dimly lit for a very chic and romantic atmosphere. The food was very delicious. I had the Tostada de Atun for an appetizer and for my entree, the Chuletillas De Cordero. The Raspberry Cabernet Martini was my drink of choice and it did not disappoint. I'd highly recommend this restaurant for date night, girls night out or even a business dinner.

Lamb Chops

Great service and Excellent food! Lamb chops and steak was excellent! Great for special occasion or even date night!

Ensalada Con Queso Brie

A really nice place that has potential to be much more than what it is. Madeira has a very stylish atmosphere, where it is pleasant and appealing to the eye. However, I am not quite sure I am completely under an understanding how this place operates. It was a Wednesday night and thinking that it was a weeknight, seating availability would be easy to come by. I walk in, ask for a table for one, and was told that there were no tables available and that I could either sit at the bar or sit out on the patio. I chose the bar. Madeira is more upscale, but I was appropriately dressed with pants and a collared shirt. No jacket or tie is required here, as I checked prior to coming. As I walk around the corner, I noticed that the majority of the tables were not occupied with perhaps, maybe, five tables that were seated and about twenty open tables. One of the tables included a younger gentleman wearing a tee-shirt and I later noticed the manager walking around, also in pants and shirt, so I know for fact I wasn't under-dressed. I don't know. I was confused and so were the staff. I really couldn't get a straight answer out of them when later I asked why I was forced to sit at the bar. The whole reason why I wanted to come was for seafood. The menu has some pretty interesting things that sounded really good. But I started with the ceviche de halibut where the fish is marinated in lime and served with chili habanero on the side. My chilis are never on the side of anything for too long, as I love spicy things, and into the ceviche it went. What an incredible dish. Perhaps some of the best ceviche I've ever had. Next, I tried the Ensalada Con Queso Brie. From the menu, Crispy Brie Cheese, Boston Lettuce, Spinach, Dried Fruits And Honey Mustard Vinaigrette. While the presentation and taste were good, it didn't knock my socks off. For the main entree, I solicited my server, Veronica, for some suggestions and I almost opted for a red snapper dish, where she indicated one of Madeira's Chilean Sea Bass dishes called, Merluz al Azafran, was delicious and recommended giving it a try. For those of you who are not Spanish speaking, Azafran, is what Americans call saffron. The sea bass was perfectly cooked and served over a small bed of sauteed spinach, a few pieces of squash, which were all placed over a saffron cream sauce. Fantastic! A great piece of fish! I flaked off small bites at a time to prolong the pleasure of eating this tasty dish. During my earlier view of the menu, I did look over the steak items and nothing really stood out that I found enticing and Veronica suggested that I come back for a future visit to give one of them a try. I noticed only one prime cut on the menu and it doesn't mention if the cut was subjected to an aging process. I did inquire and a few of the staff asked amongst themselves and a couple didn't even know about what the aging process of select steak cuts were. Hmmmmmmm... Even though I had to sit at the bar, I still had a pretty good dining experience. The staff are very attentive and Veronica was great. A few of them I found to be a little cold and short on information, but still friendly. There is room for improvement. The first being an explanation of why they cannot seat customers when there are available tables. And second, staff not being completely educated about the menu they represent. It does not make my fuzzy warm enough to risk spending the money charged on a cut that really could be severely over-priced. While food can be an art, here at Madeira, I am certain they would want the art to come from the finest ingredients if they intend to uphold a reputation and cater to a particular dining class.

Wine - a stellar wine list, with a focus on Argentina (more Malbecs from different regions than I have ever seen) and incredible value; we had an organic Malbec for $45 with would cost 3x on the East coast Cow it's about the beef! A wood burning grill with the aroma of Mesquite for the Beef Short Ribs, NY Strip, Ribeye (with our without bone), right up to the Tomahawk. I had the lamb chops (8) which were cooked perfectly pink just like in France. All come with a house salad and the sides are amazing. The usual suspects (fries, mashed potatoes etc) but we went for the baked beets with cream cheese, pistachio & arugula and the portobello mushrooms; enough for the table and more to take home for lunch tomorrow... Service was great, despite the cramped conditions It's been a long time since I've had such a great meal out Try it - you will not be disappointed

Our daughter's food came out before ours ! Perfect! They fell in love with the Empanadas! As for my wife and I, we ordered Bife con Hueso. Words can't describe how delicious it was, with the chimi churi ! Cooked to perfection, with the right amount of flavor. Mad props to the chef. And presentation 10/10. The whole evening was just at peace. The food. The drinks. The service. The atmosphere. We'll be coming back again! Happy holidays

It was busy but not packed; I'd suggest getting reservations if you're coming on a weekend or a busier day. The food itself was a little mediocre. I don't think anyone at the table finished or really liked all of their food -- a couple of people didn't even want to take their to-go boxes. That said, the compound butter appetizer with the bread they give you is some of the best compound butter I've ever had in my life. The drink selection is good too, so maybe just come in for a drink and the compound butter -- that alone is worth it. In general I can't give it a great rating, because no one really liked their food. And while the service was friendly, it wasn't fast, and we had a few plates sent back because they came out wrong. Would not recommend, and would not return.
