Prior to taking it in I asked if they were able to work on my type of machine. I was told yes. The repair took an exceptionally long time. When I picked up my machine, the individual working on the machine made it very clear to me that she did not enjoy working on my machine. I later found out that she had very little experience working on PFAFF machines. When I went to use my embroidery attachment, I discovered that she bent the plastic lock for the unit. I will now need to contact PFAFF directly to see if I can still safely use my attachment. If you have ANY PFAFF I would strongly suggest finding another person/store to work on your machine. It was not a joy working with this store.

On April 15 when I still hadn't heard from her, I called to ask if it was ready. She said she had misplaced the skirt but was going to hem it that day. Since I was out of town, I told her I would pick it up on April 18. I get there on April 18, and the skirt is not only not ready, it's not even there. She had outsourced it to be done elsewhere. I then had to pay $4.95 more than the $14 I had been quoted. The owner said she'd have the skirt dropped off, which she did. I just tried on the skirt, and it's not even the length it was supposed to be. I will never go back to this place. I might have given them a two-star rating had they apologized, but they offered ZERO apologies for the inconvenience and price discrepancy.
