Worst haircut I've had since moving to Phoenix, probably ever. Looked alright when I left because it was pommade'd down before I could look at the length. Got home and washed it out and it ended up not being blended in everywhere, neckline wasn't tapered, cut about 2 inches of length off the top (I said just the tips), and I had about 3 inches of growth left on one side of my head that wasn't even taken down. Even gapped my beard for good measure. Lady cutting my hair was new - couldn't operate the register. Not sure that she could even cut hair, to be honest. The barber asked how I want sideburns I said clean it up like always, and this dude shaves my whole face and has the nerve to charge me. This shop is fantastic. I've taken my 5 yo. son here three times now and each time he's come out looking sharp and feeling confident in his "cool haircut (his words). I got my haircut here for the first time along with my son and I was very pleased with my haircut. Eddie cut my hair and I only needed to give him a little detail about what I wanted and he went to work and captured exactly what I was looking for. The guy is a pro! AJ was the barber who cut my son's hair and he did an awesome job. The shop itself is spacious, doesn't feel overly crowded like some barber shops. They have a big couch and some nice comfy chairs in front of the TV while you wait which I love. It sounds silly, but this is important to me. I'm a big guy and nothing I dread worse than waiting for my haircut on some tiny uncomfortable chairs that have skinny little armrests that I have to squeeze my large frame into (if I can even fit). I have avoided some places where I have to wait because of their ridiculous little chairs with armrests that I can't fit into. There are bigger people in this world that weigh more than 150 lbs, and so many places don't seem to get that. All that said, I will be a regular in this place. Love the place and always try to support local owned businesses. Jeff the owner is great and staff is good but when it comes to appointments they lack in every aspect of service. Last visit we waited outside waiting for the keys to arrive to open 15 min after open time, today we waited 30 minutes after appointment time before leaving. Again the place is great just don't plan on your appointment time to hold. read more

Love love love this place. The guys that work here are super personable. Took my 3 year old twins to get hair cuts and they made them feel comfortable right when we walked in. AJ cut the twins hair and made them look super cool. My kids have some issues with their cowlicks, and he cut their hair to hide them. Will be back for sure! Trash service. I went online to set an appointment for 3pm with whoever was first available, the website randomly chose one given the decision. No problem with that then I arrive 20mins early. I wait no problem as the person it assigned me was busy understandable. Come 3, they were still working on their client maybe halfway through. 3:20 still not done and by this point two other men walked in and were seated to cut. Super friendly and overall good haircut I get a basic taper with a beard clean up and they did a good job of doing what I asked for. The downside to this is I asked before getting the hair cut how much it'd cost and the barber quoted me $36 when I was finished and went to pay it was $65. I understand the price is going up for a cut nowadays but that is outrageously overpriced for a simple cut. Didn't even use a razor. Never paid so much for a haircut and won't be going back with those type prices. read more

This is a great place. Close to work so I tried it out. I'm glad I did! On line reservation was easy. I was taken care of right on time. AJ is a great barber! Cut my hair like I requested and made it look great. Efficient with the cut but not rushed. The shop is spacious, clean, it has relaxed atmosphere, there is a big lot, so easy parking. Been hearing a lot of good things about this spot, so I decided to check it out and see what all the noise is about, the place looks amazing, it's not completely done yet but so far it looks great (which I liked, most barbershops don't put much thought into the decor of the place) it's got an industrial modern look to it, raw wood, subway tile and metal, out of a magazine.. the owner was super friendly, he cut my 3 year olds hair, he did an amazing job, usually barbers don't spend that much time on a child's hair (I don't blame them) but he did, and it looks better than I ever thought it could look, glad I went in to check out the spot, I'll definitely be back. read more

Had an appointment made, couldnt get a heads up prior that stylists had to be changed, or rather quit. Cut my lip, very indecisive on whether or not to use shaving cream or even any other shaving substance while lining up my beard and eye brows, mustache length is completely uneven and no where even close to the same length. Completely unsatisfied with serivce and hair cut absolutely refuse to even let them fix i was so dissatisfied with the cut and beard trim.... i just paid, still tipped and walked out. read more
