Another Try, Letdown
It was quite underwhelming, the second attempt. The initial experience was fantastic, yet the second fell short. Upon returning home, I found a tidied-up house, but the cleanliness was lacking. The side tables were untouched, the sink harbored remnants of tomatoes, counters and cabinets were unwiped, the floors were not thoroughly cleaned, the interior windows (an additional paid service) were neglected, and an entire room was left uncleaned. The housekeeper dedicated most of their time to organizing the kids' room, despite my request to focus less on it. The guest room, which was meant to receive attention, was left untouched.
The most disappointing part was Tiffany's response. She neither offered an apology nor arranged for another cleaning session to rectify the situation. Initially, she provided a $50 refund and mentioned a further $50 refund for the incomplete paid interior windows service, along with a promise to review my account for any outstanding services. Her demeanor was dismissive.
In the end, there was no additional $50 refund and no apology. She mentioned a discounted rate through her referral program and deemed it sufficient, refusing further discounts for an incomplete job. I was left with an inadequately cleaned house, a $50 deduction, and faced unkind behavior. I had to spend extra money to repair my shower door and hire another housekeeper.
I trust that this feedback will assist the company in improving their customer service when handling dissatisfied customers.
