This was for an older rocking chair and ottoman that needed some minor repairs, paint and cushions repolstered. I planned on repairing and painting myself. So just the upholstery was needed. Other companies were quoting around $1000 for paint and repair, no mention of the upholstery. Another was $800 site unseen. Really? Ben quoted less than 1/2 after looking at the cushions and measuring them, he came with a bazillion fabric samples ready to go! He was very nice and answered all of my questions. Yes, this is a smaller job, but I didn't feel any less important. All told, took about 3 weeks and that was with a glitch with the fabric! To top it off, Ali went above and beyond by repairing an old, sticking shutter (not installed by them) and replacing missing magnets on other blinds at no extra charge.
