I just had an awesome experience with Chris during a very stressful time with my vehicle. Yesterday…read moremy serpentine belt began to break on my drive home from blue ridge back home to Canton. After my initial stress and panic I finally called Redferns. Chris answered and got to me within 25 minutes. Intially this was a mobile service and when he got there, he then told me he had to get his tow truck and take it back to his shop. He got it back there with no additional cost.
