I called another dealer in town, but they didn't have the needle plate in stock & they said I could probably find it online...so that's what I did! This place had it in stock & answered a question very nicely over the phone. The price was also very competitive for a high end sewing machine part. Ordering what I needed was relatively easy since I had the part number. I just plugged it into their website. I paid via PayPal & I was able to track my order. It came about five days faster than they originally said it would. The part was exactly what I ordered and packaged securely for US Mail. I also appreciated that they had videos linked from their website for some of the cool tools I can get for my machine. Overall, I'm very happy with this experience and will probably order from them again if I need something for my sewing machine.

Tried to get Joann's by phone and email. 2 weeks later tried Husqvarna VM stated call Singer had to fill out complaint form. No response. Today I found Indiana Quit Depot and drove 40 miles one way. When I arrived I was greeted like I was a friend. They immediately took care of the problem at no charge. I will continue to drive the distance for my sewing needs. They are a great small town business that will treat you right.

Each time something happened and I won't be returning…read more The first time I went to Indy e cigs I called in advance to see if they had wire in the gauge I was looking for and the price on it. They had the wire and they said it would be $5 a spool on the phone. When I go to the shop it was actually $10 a spool. Okay okay that could just have been a mistake they were actually super nice and helpful that visit with everything else I needed. That's the only reason I'm giving them 2 stars because when they have to they can be helpful. The second time I went there it was pretty close to closing and I mean maybe 6 min till close. I sat outside for a moment before I went in and saw maybe 7 people enter the store. I was basically right behind them but when I got to the door it was locked and the people inside were literally laughing at me. The next time I went i went in with my girlfriend she was asking a bunch of questions and was trying to ask the guy for recommendations on juices. He proceeded to tell her he does not tell people what he likes because he is not going to return it if they don't like it. I know super helpful right. The same visit I spotted the Colorado rda on the bottom shelf. I asked if I could look at it. The thing is huge. My girlfriend was asking me what mod we would put that on. I was explaining that we could put it on our series box mod. The guy interrupted us to go on for 5 min saying that there was no box mod in production to date that would push the watts it needed to function correctly. He is right if the only boxes out there were regulated mods. I had to explain that the series was unregulated and it would for sure function like I needed it to. The best part about this person was he was making people wear masks. I feel safe about that aspect of it all. The last time I went in to Indy e cigs I just needed some juice. When I walked in there was a guy and a girl behind the counter. Neither were wearing masks. The guy puts his on to great me. He asks me what he could help me find. I say I'm here for some fruity juice. He got this blank look on his face and just looked at me for a sold 10 sec. I said it again. I'm needing some juice and he says. We have a lot. I understand my answer was vague but you asked the question. If I said I'm looking for a new mod I'm sure you guys have a lot of those also. The girl never put on a mask. I'm not going to let some dude in a jack skeleton flat bill make me feel stupid while I spend $31 for one bottle of juice. That's the real crime. I will be ordering online from now on and will be getting my cotton from another shop. Thanks.
