Four people who arrived after my appointment time were seen before me. Meanwhile the phlebotomist was excessively chit chatting with each person she saw. I know this because there is no privacy and I could hear everything even though I was seated in the furthest wait room chair from where the blood was drawn. All this for a two minute blood draw. I had a similar experience with my previous appointment. The prior lab was far superior in availability, time management, lab processing time and customer service. If you can go elsewhere I recommend doing so.

When I called to have it corrected the girl thought she was cute placing me on hold for over an hour. Because she stated that I had to wait another day for it to be corrected because their doctor wasn't going to be in. He definitely needs to retire. Im not saying that to be rude. But seriously.

I wouldn't really call it a haunted house though. Nothing was really scary it was more disturbing to look at if anything. It was all really well made and decorated but I wish it was darker in there and scarier. I also wish it was self guided a little more with scary staff popping in through out to scary you and move you along. They have live entertainment and a food truck while you wait, but the lines can get long so come earlier. At it's current level, I think kids that are a lot younger can definitely go through without a problem. I will probably go next year just because it's something halloweenish to do and it's well made. I would never go twice in one year though.

Withholding Test Results: This facility did not give me test…read moreresults until I happened to visit again 6 months later and asked about them. After that, the results were still not included in my notes or visible on MyChart. When I finally asked for complete records, I discovered a second important, undisclosed result 9 months after the exam. Administrative Contradictions: I arrived a few minutes late for an appointment and was told I could not be seen. However, after further discussion it became apparent that the provider was otherwise occupied and would have had to reschedule anyway. I had previously received a voicemail, but it did not relay this information. Meanwhile, I had received multiple reminders about the appointment, including one that morning. Unexplained Test Results: I requested a printout of my records and can now see that a second result was not shared with me. Had I not asked for a printout (when the provider could not see me at my scheduled appointment) 9 months after the exam, I would not have received this information at all. After asking to wait and briefly see the provider to ask what this second result means, I was refused. Patient Harassment: While looking up the result on my phone to try to understand what it means, I was asked to leave. I could then hear the office staff laughing. After leaving the office and sitting in my car looking at my phone, I was approached by security and again asked to leave. Fortunately, the security officer was empathetic and gave me a complaint form. His was the only decency and kindness I encountered during the visit.
