I ended up ordering the vegan poutine, which I've been wanting to try for a long time, and it was solid. I also tried their vegan hot chocolate, which was surprisingly good. I haven't had hot chocolate in over a decade because vegan versions are usually disappointing, so this was a nice surprise. I also ordered the fried dumplings with gravy. They were tasty but definitely on the greasy side, which was partly just my choice of dishes that day. Service was fine, nothing remarkable, but the place overall is a good option if you're looking for a vegan spot with plenty of vari

I was here on their soft-opening on 2024-10-25. The grand-opening is on 2024-10-29. I ordered the following: 1. Zesty Mexican Bowl ($15.50) + Grass Fed Steak ($7.50). 2. Restore Smoothie ($9.99). 3. Chocolate Sea Salt Cookie ($4.50). The Zesty Mexican Bowl is their most popular bowl. It was quite good. I found the add-on steak a little dry. I gave them the feedback and they promised to address that issue. The bowl consists of kale, black bean mole, white rice, sweet potatoes, red peppers, avocado, salsa fresca, cashew sour cream, cilantro jalapeno dressing, lime wedge, and tostada crumble. The Smoothie was refreshing and tasty. I didn't add any protein powders because I already ordered steak. It contains blueberries, raspberries, banana, maca, coconut flakes, almond butter, and almond milk. The cookie was moist. It is also a thick cookie, well worth the cost. The sea salt is a nice touch. They don't use seed oils, are 100% gluten-free, and don't use no refined sugars (only natural sugars). For sweetness, they use maple sugar, coconut sugar, maple syrup, honey, and monkfruit. They source chocolate products from Soul Chocolate, which uses coconut sugar. Beef and Chiclen Bond Broth are simmered for 24 hours to extract collagen, amino acids, and rich in minerals (calcium, potassium, magnesium). They have a monthly subscription for coffee and broth. LOL It was a hot sunny day & we were a bit tired. So we popped in here & hubby had the Lift smoothie & I had the Mighty Green smoothie. I liked hubby's smoothie but thought it might be too rich for me so I got the Mighty Green smoothie. The combo of kale with spirulina is an acquired taste & I didn't enjoy it. LOL. It's been a while since I've had green smoothies. I'm afraid I'm not accustomed to them anymore. In any case the kitchen & eating area itself was clean & bright. I went downstairs to use the single bathrooms. Those were clean as well. They have a handicap bathroom on the main floor which hubby went to use. Unfortunately he said it was disgusting so he didn't use it. If I'm in the area I might try this place again. Some of the breakfast options looked interesting. There aren't a lot of places where you can get vegan stuff much less healthy stuff. So this is a good options for those who are particular about what they eat.

We did notice that service was a little slower than we expected considering it wasn't busy, but everyone was friendly. We placed our order at 8:05 pm. Our waters came out around 8:10 pm, and after asking for straws they brought them over by 8:13 pm. I know this is a small thing, but I actually appreciated that they still had plastic straws. The cauliflower bites came out first at 8:15 pm. We ordered the half and half option, and the BBQ flavour was easily the highlight of the meal for me. It was a solid 10/10 and something I'd definitely order again. The other flavour was still good, probably around a 7.5/10, but the BBQ one really stood out. Our juices arrived at 8:19 pm. I ordered the Rainbowberry, but they were out of orange so they replaced it with extra strawberry. I was a little disappointed because I wanted to try it as it normally comes, but it was still refreshing and I'd give it a 7/10. We also tried the Glow juice, which I'd rate around a 6/10 for taste. Even though neither drink completely wowed me flavour wise, they both tasted fresh and seemed to do exactly what they're meant to from a health perspective. Our mains came out at 8:32 pm. We ordered the 9 Layered Burrito and the Buffalo Chicken Wrap. The burrito was really good because you could actually taste every ingredient in each bite without one flavour taking over. The buffalo chicken wrap was decent too, although I found the buffalo chicken itself was a little overpowering, so it covered up some of the other flavours. We also got the fries and poutine on the side. They were okay, just nothing that really stood out compared to the rest of the meal. Everything was presented really nicely and looked fresh. The only small thing I noticed was that the wrap got a little soggy when I picked it up, probably because of the tomatoes, but it wasn't enough to ruin it. Overall, we had a good experience. The BBQ cauliflower bites and the burrito were definitely the standouts, and I'd happily come back for both of those. There are a few small things that could be improved, but the food was fresh and the atmosphere was nice.
