He made sure we understood the ins and outs of the insurance process. We were sold a policy that didn't adequately cover damage to our old roof. Let me preface by saying, do not be in a hurry like I was. Get quotes from two or more companies…read moreand don't sign anything until you understand what will be done, how long you have to cancel the job without penalty and how is the job to be paid for. The sales person that came out for the free estimate had a professional arrogance, but at the time I wanted to get the job started as soon as possible, so I signed the job contract. When I realized the job was not necessary and called to cancel, I was informed I had missed the three day job cancellation deadline and was harassed almost daily to pay for a window that I no longer needed. I learned an expensive lesson and because of the arrogance and harassment of the sales person I had to deal with, I will not recommend this company.

We recently had Rolox complete a pretty major transformation of our home--new board & batten…read moresiding, 14 new windows, two new garage doors and openers, along with an expansion of our driveway--and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out! One of the biggest reasons we were able to accomplish so much at one time was because of the fair and competitive pricing Rolox offered us. Being able to take on this many improvements at once was a significant investment, and we truly feel we received an incredible value for what we spent. When making an investment of this size in your home, you obviously expect quality products, but we have always felt that a big part of what you're really paying for is the service that comes with those products--the integrity of the company, the accountability when something needs attention, and knowing they will stand behind their work. Rolox absolutely lived up to all of that. No project of this size is going to happen without a few things that need attention along the way, but what matters to us is how a company responds. Rolox consistently demonstrated a high level of integrity and accountability, made sure things were addressed, and ultimately made sure we were completely satisfied with the finished product. A HUGE shout-out to JR and his siding crew! They went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased with everything they did and paid attention to the details that mattered to us. We truly appreciated their hard work and commitment to making sure everything was done right. We also can't say enough good things about our salesman, Dustin. He was great to work with from the very beginning and throughout the entire process. We even received a personal call from the owner, David, to make sure we were pleased with everything that had been done. That kind of personal follow-up speaks volumes about the integrity of a company and the people behind it. Our home has undergone an incredible transformation, and we absolutely love the finished result. Thanks to Rolox's fair pricing, we were able to accomplish far more than we originally thought we might be able to, while still receiving the level of quality and service we expected. Rolox delivered the quality products we wanted, at a fair price, with the level of service and accountability that makes such a major investment worthwhile. We give Rolox our HIGHEST recommendation!

I agreed to have the representative come to my house for an estimate. Between the time of setting…read morethe appointment and the actual date, I had multiple calls from the company which became spam calls. The day of the appointment, the sales person was ill prepared making multiple trips to his vehicle for small items that he knew he would need. He was very aggressive in his sales approach, showing me things that I informed him I had already read or knew about windows. Once he gave me a price nearing $20,000 for 10 standard sized windows, he then came back with near half the price after I told him no. Being kind, I told him I would speak with my wife about the new price. He wrote up a financing agreement and proposal on paper rather than electronically. Then, he was upset and near indignant when I would not give him my SSN or sign without speaking to my wife. Ultimately, he left. Today, I received a call from the owner wanting my SSN and then was pushy with me telling him I would not be using the company. he became upset that I told him I felt the company was scamming people and why as well as pointed out the same concerns from others online. I told him goodbye and instructed that he not call me again and hung up. Not a minute later he called me again. I told him not to call me again and hung up. I then blocked his number and reported it as spam. NOT a company I would want to be associated with.

He won't take or return our phone calls and refuses to refund the down-payment we gave him for $4850. Tim couldn't find a match for a tile (that our new contractor found, no problem), he inflated the cabinet price $20000, charging us $55000 for cabinets that his cost was $35000. He wanted us to go with low-end cabinets that had 2 custom-made cabinets that would only be an 80% match with the stock cabinets they had. We were $10000-$25000 over his estimate before he even got started and had to pay $4850 to find out he was a lying, unethical crook. He won't return our phone calls and refuses to give us a refund.
