I started with the charred octopus, which was plated beautifully and tender with just the right hint of smokiness. The accompanying elements added brightness and contrast, making every bite layered and memorable. For the main, I went with the seared steak medallions, perfectly cooked to a juicy medium-rare, paired with a silky mashed potato purée and vibrant green sauce that brought a fresh pop to the dish. Rich, flavorful, and thoughtfully balanced. The surprise hit? The crispy Brussels sprouts. These were next-level--golden brown, slightly sweet, and addictive. The perfect mix of texture and umami. The service was polished and attentive throughout, fitting for a private club experience. Whether you're here for a special occasion, business dinner, or just want to treat yourself, The Tampa Club delivers a memorable fine dining experience with top-tier food and views to match.

The rooftop is perfect to mingle with a spectacular view of Armature works, Hillsborough River and the downtown skyline. I'm not sure if each client individually gets to choose the caterer or if it is standard when planning the event but the catering was phenomenal. I unfortunately did not get the name of who was servicing the event but the walk around appetizers and finger foods, the huge array of cheeses and meats for the charcuterie board and the buffet dinner were really good. The drinks were also flowing, service was very friendly. Inside is a well air conditioned meeting space with a projector and a decent amount of chairs. The restroom is conveniently located for both the rooftop and conference area. If you're looking to hold a small to medium-sized professional event, this is an excellent location, I hope I get invited to another one again soon.

We went around 12pm on a Tuesday and it was perfect, not too busy inside and not too hot outside so we were able to enjoy the scenery. As for food, we got the 4 pack empanadas from Empamama with two Mother Clucker empanadas and two Fresh Prince ones. We paired the empanadas with the bang bang sauce and it definitely added to the flavor, especially the Mother Clucker. The mother Clucker was an 8/10 for me while the fresh prince was a 7/10. The restaurant also offers a margarita slushy and an apple cider slushy which we had samples of and that was good. We ended up getting lemonade and strawberry lemonade from a different restaurant though because we were just feeling that instead. Overall, I spent about $30 here ($22 for food and $8 for drinks). I really emphasize that this is a casual spot and I would come here for a quick mid-day snack rather than for an entire meal. I was definitely still hungry after but the food was enough to hold me over for a couple hours.

Paintings adorn the walls inside, but you can also dine in the "outside patio" with a glass ceiling overhead & lots of plants around. Our server, Cami, was pleasant & gave us time to peruse the menu. The option of breakfast served all day was a surprise. We decided to try three appetizers: the whipped feta, buttermilk fried chicken & fried Brussel sprouts. A glass of sangria & iced tea for beverages. Everything was delicious & exceeded our expectations. Cami checked on us regularly asking if we'd like to order anything else. Would definitely put the Oxford Exchange at the top of our restaurant list when going across the bridge to Tampa. Already thinking about the French toast for the next visit.

The entire space has a lively but still relaxed atmosphere that makes you want to stay and explore. We stopped in for breakfast and everything was excellent. Our table ordered the Brussels sprouts, avocado toast, French toast, a pot of tea, and an Old Fashioned, and the total came to about $87. The French toast was honestly some of the best I've ever had. Service was friendly and attentive, and the staff made the experience even better. After breakfast, we walked around and checked out the rest of the property, including the upstairs seating area and additional spaces. There's so much to see here that it feels like an experience more than just a meal. One tip: definitely make a reservation ahead of time because it stayed packed the entire time we were there. Can't wait to come back!
