I can say, with 100% certainty, that hiring Katie and her team as "our friends in real estate" was…read moreeasily one of the best decisions I have made in a very long time. My husband and I recently relocated to Georgia from Florida and were ready to purchase our first home - yep in this market. I reached out to Katie to put some feelers out as I did with a few other agents in the area. After one conversation with Katie I canceled all my other calls with other agents. Katie put my husband and I at ease about our reluctance to even pursue a home at this time considering how crazy the market was. She paired us up with Tori, and mentioned she thought Tori would be a great match. Katie was right. Tori is an absolute rockstar and was a dream to work with. She is warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and so supportive. She gave us such great advice and was always able (and willing) to answer all of our questions - which there were plenty. Tori never pushed us to make decisions and was so sweet and compassionate the entire time. We had quite an exhausting search, and I was emotionally on a roller coaster for several months. Every single time I was feeling really low, Tori had some sort of spidey-sense and would call me and make me feel so much better. Despite how relieved I was to have finally have one of our offers accepted, I would be lying if I said there was a big part of me that was not sad when it ended. So while I can say Tori was absolutely successful in equipping us with the tools we needed to secure our first home, I am more bummed I don't get to see her and chat on a regular basis anymore. Tori played such an instrumental role in our lives the last few months and we will be indebted to her for as long as we can remember. I truly cannot speak any more highly of Katie and her entire team. You are truly doing yourself a disservice by using anyone else to buy or sell your home. We are actually looking forward to all of our future real estate endeavors because we get to work with our new friends again. When Katie says her and her team will be "your friends in real estate" she really does mean it and absolutely delivers. Fantastic at what they do and so sweet, knowledgeable, and compassionate the entire way. Truly just a team of really fantastic humans. I feel truly blessed and fortunate to have found Katie and her team and to have had the opportunity to work with them. I can assure you, Katie's team will not disappoint. Don't sign a brokerage agreement with anyone else!

Before we even made the move, Ashton spent time on the phone helping us narrow down neighborhoods and align our search with our top priorities. When it came to viewing homes, she was direct, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. Coming from the Northeast, we were totally unfamiliar with local structural nuances like stucco exteriors, but Ashton proactively pointed out exactly what to look for. Her expertise didn't stop at finding the house, either--she connected us with fantastic local vendors, including a great mortgage broker, cleaners, electricians, and engineers for a retaining wall project. Her guidance on crafting a competitive offer got us the home we loved, and the entire paperwork and closing process was seamless and efficient. We were genuinely amazed at how effortless buying a home from 1,000 miles away could be. If you are relocating or buying locally, you could not ask for a better advocate than Ashton!"

I can't even say how many places we looked at, there were so many. Ann Marie, who took the time to get to know me, had no problem telling me what was wrong with a property as much as the positives. In fact, there was a town house that I really liked and she talked me out of buying it. She said, "I will not let you buy this place!". She explained why I would eventually hate the town house, and she was right. What real estate agent does that?!?!?! Ann Marie does. Eventually we found what would be my home in Alpharetta, and getting it was an emotional rollercoaster. Ann Marie did such a great job keeping me from going crazy. Amy worked with us and navigated us thru the purchase of our dream house with a pool! I highly recommend Amy. Now onto the not so good. I did not like the listing agent for our home. She came in strong during the photo shoot, and spoke poorly of my design decisions in front of my son. Completely unprofessional behavior. I had no issue with the team coming in and moving things for better results with the shoot, but never, ever, come into someone's home and make unnecessary comments within earshot of anyone who is there on behalf of the homeowner. I am an upfront person and addressed that immediately with the listing agent, who couldn't recall saying anything negative. How convenient. We got an offer pretty quick, however it had an unrealistic time frame for a counter, the listing agent tried to bully me to take it for under ask, and started telling me we priced too high, when she whole heartedly agreed to the price like 7 days ago! I primarily have continued to deal with Amy on my house listing since she was assisting, and she's much more pleasant to deal with. Last night was the final straw, the listing agent thought she would call me and be overly dramatic on an issue I spoke to Amy about, and I honestly had no idea what she was calling me for as she did not reference a topic. When I asked her what she was talking about, she tried getting in my face telling me I have to communicate with her on anything happening with my sale, as it's her listing! Needless to say, after all that, I wanted to pull my listing. Amy came to the rescue and called Sherry who is taking over the listing herself with Amy, and because Amy jumped into action we decided to leave the listing with Sherry and Company. I have so much faith in Amy that my husband and I have given her our alarm code for our home while we are out of town this weekend. She just makes you feel that comfortable, and truly is a people person, so unlike the woman they originally wanted me to work with. Amy rocks in our eyes!
