The store is nice, despite not being as big or as impressive as most other Mac stores I've been to. The staff is friendly, but only somewhat helpful. I took my MacBook here after the charger died on it within less than a year of my purchase. It was still under warranty and the Genius Bar/tech support guy confirmed that. But he couldn't simply swap out my charger there. Instead, he directed me to the other, new MacStore less than a mile away and they swapped it out on the spot within 10 minutes after diagnosing the same problem. Separately, if you drive here, you'll have to park on a side street and probably walk a bit. No parking on Masaryk, though they do appear to have a valet option. read more
