I took my MacBook here after the charger died on it within less than a year of my purchase. It was still under warranty and the Genius Bar/tech support guy confirmed that. But he couldn't simply swap out my charger there. Instead, he directed me to the other, new MacStore less than a mile away and they swapped it out on the spot within 10 minutes after diagnosing the same problem. Separately, if you drive here, you'll have to park on a side street and probably walk a bit. No parking on Masaryk, though they do appear to have a valet option.

Luis put a new screen on in 15 minutes or less. This screen is much better than the previous one I had fixed in San Francisco. I talked to the doorman security guard, and he led me up to their shop. In and out with a new screen for cheaper than I would pay in SF. Thank you guys!

I recently came to Fix friends to get the back glass on my phone repaired because it was cracked. I…read morewas told that I had to replace the entire back of my phone to fix the issue. Today, my phone stopped working and will no longer turn on. When I went to the Apple store to have it fixed, they told me to replace the back glass Fix Friends did not actually have to take the phone apart and replace the entire back of the phone. They also found that one of the parts was from a whole different model of iPhone. I now have to purchase a whole new phone.
