I rented a machine and a trailer.The trailer had a dead battery and was not able to be…read moreused properly.When I returned the trailer, the old gentleman with warts on his face attempted to move the trailer without charging the battery and twisted the trailer.He then tried to blame me and wanted to charge me.Had everyone come out and look at it once.I demanded they change the battery.They utilized a jump box, and the trailer properly went up.And down, this place is a terrible scam.I'm sure they do this to a lot of people to charge them.Money stay away from them.

I appreciate that they were available for us anytime we had a question or concern. After they set up and left, we needed to call/text them a couple of times and they always answered the phone right away and responded to texts immediately. Their inflatable was clean and very well maintained. Of course it was the center of our son's birthday party. As it was meant to be. Everyone loved it, kids and adults!
