After we were done meeting I asked him to send us over the contract to sign. A week went by and we never heard from him. After reaching out to him it took several attempts for him to finally send over a contract...which was odd but we brushed it off. Months go by and I never received any sort of a follow-up from him so I finally reached out a few weeks before the wedding and he said he would send over a questionnaire sheet for us to fill out. The week of our wedding he sends us an email saying that some guy by the name of Ricardo will be our DJ and not him. I was immediately thrown off because at no point in our meeting with him did he mention that there would be another DJ involved. I'm assuming that since we didn't book the grande package he did not reserve himself as our DJ and just paid some guy to do the gig for him. So we deal with Ricardo, who we've never met before and has a HEAVY accent. He calls me like 2 days before the wedding and asks me questions that I had already answered in the questionnaire. Fast forward to the day of the wedding. When he announced us at the reception he was practically screaming into the microphone and it was super fuzzy because he was so close to it. We asked for songs with no profanity and he did not listen to us. My husband and I were on the dance floor doing the "shoe game" and he was searching for a song to play so there was literally almost a minute of total silence and it was so awkward. We had several guests come up to us and were commenting on how they couldn't understand the DJ. I could not believe we paid to have this service because it was the biggest waste of money. We had no other issues with any other wedding vendor except this one. I called Mike a few weeks after to let him know what happened. He seemed to be shocked and apologized and said he would try to make it right and send us "something in the mail." Well that was in October and we still haven't gotten anything. I messaged him in November and he responded by saying he's busy but hasn't forgotten about us. Clearly we weren't a priority for him. I'm assuming if you spend big money with him that he will treat you better, but if you just need someone to play music for your wedding and not need all the extra lighting and add-ons then you will not be treated like a priority and he will toss you over to one of his sub-contractor DJs. I never give negative reviews but after this experience I would never recommend this company.

He was the friendly, funny and helpful to those who needed assistance or "pose" ideas. He brought so many props that there wasn't a lack of funny or goofy pictures. It gave my coworkers a chance to unwind and let loose some steam. I loved how we was able to customize the film strips with our company logo.

I picked them because they were actually decently priced compared to all the other companies - you don't get video uploads or anything like that - but who really cares? They were totally professional, the booth looked great (they color coordinated the curtain and set-up with my wedding colors and were amazingly inexpensive! I think with the coupon it ended up being like $350 for three hours with each guest getting two copies of their pictures. Some of my most favorite photos are from the wedding are from the booth :) They also made sure to get me and my girls, my husband and his guys, and my husband and I - otherwise we might have been so busy as to forget to go in!!

The DJs were responsive professional and amazing the sound was great, they went over with everything to make sure I was comfortable they went above and beyond to try and find songs and things from YouTube that were not even real songs. They truly were a shining light on our wedding day as far as accuracy being there being knowledgeable and doing everything they could to make our day perfect.
