Finally get the vet to fax over the info and I show up half an hour later to pick it up. I was told to come back after 2pm after their lunch to pick it up. It was within 10 min of lunch time o there wouldn't start it for me until after they got back from lunch. An hour later. Also told them I was packed to leave town with nowhere to go with the dog in the truck. Still no help. Sitting inside CVS waiting. Possibility for the last time.

But most of the people here are snob and just don't care. We've been back and forth just for the information that they already have. Calling multiple times to ask for status and every single time they say different versions of what happened or come up with an excuse. I remembered having all the training cvs gives to employees for patients/ customers, and they don't show any of those. I'm not even saying have empathy/sympathy but atleast communicate pleasantly.

I've shopped here over half of my life yet I went in to buy non-prescription…read moremedication, for my grandmother non the less, and was immediately stereotyped as some kind of junkie and told I couldn't buy an item I've bought many times before at the exact same place because the pharmacist didn't 'feel comfortable' selling it to me. I understand there is a drug problem in our community, in every community to be fair, but they scan your drivers license upon purchase so if I were in fact a junkie then just let the authorities do their job instead of denying me service simply because you assume I'm guilty. That's not the way America works. The pharmacist was very polite and soft spoken so don't misunderstand, this has just caused an inconvenience for me and I did nothing wrong to illicit these actions.
