When I asked why, the cashier was dismissive and couldn't point to any actual policy. What made it worse was watching her sell cigarettes and lottery tickets to another customer who looked younger than me right after. Completely inconsistent and makes no sense. I then asked to speak to a manager or get contact info and was flat-out refused. No accountability, no professionalism. I've been a regular customer for over 10 years, but after this, I won't be coming back. Train your staff better or at least have them explain policies properly.
