The Tim hortons staff are my favourite (I interact with them the most but the cashier for the gas station also seems nice enough! The only downside is it's size, of course, as it operates within the store and is not its own standalone so when it gets busy with passerbys or construction workers the line can be a bit long. Either way - they all work hard and efficiently to get it all done and sorted. No seating indoors so just grab and go onwards to your destination!

Only 4 flavors to choose from. Drinks flavors are limited but they do have the popular selections. As mentioned, they are a small store so expect the isles to be a lot narrow compared to the supermarket or other Circle K locations. Nothing too special. It is just another convenient store.

The guy that works here could have provided much better service and had some manners. I didn't get a "Hi" or "Hello" Instead when I got to the till he yelled and said "Yeah, I'm coming." No word from him after that either, didn't even say "thank you" after my purchase. Anyways despite the rude service, I was able to redeem my circle k reward and I just bought a lottery ticket from there so crossing my fingers it's a lucky ticket I bought from there even though the service was abysmal.

This place has less dodgy people hanging around. Parking is readily available in the lot out front. It has not been overly busy every time I am there. I hardly get coffee from convenience stores but I do like the ones here. You get to choose the blend, usually house or dark roast is available. Add the milk or cream or flavored cream (hazelnut or vanilla or both). There are also flavored syrups (caramel, hazelnut and vanilla) to sweeten it. The stir stick is individually wrapped in plastic. Sleeves and lids are well stocked. Everything is there. You can also customize your hotdog or even add Mac and cheese to it? It is too fancy for me to try. Maybe one day. So far I am just a ketchup, mustard and relish person. At most I will add onions or jalapeños. During hot summer days the froster (like slurpee) is nice. And you can make it a screamer by adding soft serve to it too. Then you get the usual convenience store items like milk, basic food items and snacks. I have seen sandwiches and stuff too. I should spend more time to checking it out. I usually just grab and go.

The isles are clean and wide. There are plenty of free parking out front.
