The other barbers' stations were incredibly well kept and organized. The barber that provided the haircut was disorganized and dirty. Beware of the barber with the messy station. When I tried to contact to get issue rectified I was ignored both on messages and phone calls were hung up on. When other review was posted I had to submit proof of service being provided there with receipt for they denied anything being done there.

My son kept asking her to get the "itchy" hair off him and she kept saying no, that it would make his haircut take longer. She then cut the back of his neck with the clippers because he was "moving around and not sitting still" as she said. He started crying and she continued with the haircut. We will NOT be coming back to this location again or Sports Clip in general after this experience. My son has had the last several haircuts there and never had any issues with the stylists not removing the hair during the haircut. This was completely unacceptable and I don't recommend anyone to take their kids there anymore.

You can no longer park in front of the building. so be very careful of the ice and the small unexpected step in the middle of the sidewalk. That sidewalk needs fixing so no one falls and breaks a bone.
