They has prescribed a medication that I am allergic to on multiple occasions, and it is nearly impossible to reach his nurse. Even when I explain that the medication prescribed could be life-threatening for me, no one follows up. They are also very poor at completing insurance forms correctly, and when mistakes are made, there is no support to resolve the issue. If you have any other option, I strongly recommend choosing a different facility.

Then I was referred to him by Axis Pain Center, so I knew he was the right therapist for me. I go to the Warner Robins location off of Osigian Blvd. because it's about 7 minutes from my house. Appointments are easy to schedule, and his hours are flexible. The office is small but always clean and inviting. The staff is friendly, helpful, and they know you on a first name basis. I've only been in therapy for about 2 months going 3x per week, but Jason has been incredible at treating my trigger points and improving flexibility and range of motion. Once my muscles eventually begin to loosen up more I'm confident my nerves will no longer be pinched, or at least I'll be better able to manage this chronic pain that's been interfering with my daily life for the past 2 1/2 years. He also helps with realignment issues and posture problems. I'm a full-time potter, and this type of daily work is literally back breaking. He's been completely professional, and I've experienced more pain relief in 2 months at his practice than I ever did during the year long disaster of Physical Therapy I experienced. After finishing the paperwork, which was simple & direct, she escorted us to the actual space he would be receiving his treatment. Once he was hooked up, she placed a massager around her shoulders to help him relax. She dimmed the lights and told us she would check back in a few. Upon leaving, she thanked us for our business. The following day, she texted to check on my husband to make sure he wasn't experiencing any issues or complications from his infusion. Now that I know this establishment exists in Macon, I don't have to drive 1 1/2 hours anymore to receive infusions. Her prices are better and her service and ambiance are outstanding. I would rate the staff less than 1 star. They have no concept of customer/patient service. The receptionist and staff are always gossiping when you go in. You are not acknowledged or greeted. They do not smile. They act like it is a hassle to do their job. They are even rude when you call for a question or to make an appointment. And if you leave a message, no one calls you back. While you are waiting to see the dr, the staff is gossiping about people, talking about food or shopping. Just not a professional or courteous staff! Which is very sad!

On the day of my appointment, a very friendly gentleman called to confirm. When I walked into the quaint establishment, I was greeted by a gregarious staff. The shelves were lined with all sorts of oils and supplements of the highest quality , things you can't find at any basic retail store locally. They even had healthy snacks and health foods. My Bio Feedback testing was done with Mrs. Erin Wright, Certified Meridian Stress Analysis Technician. Erin was so pleasant and relatable. She took her time listening to find out why I wanted the test done, and based on my results, she was able to suggest necessary supplements to target specific issues I was having opposed to me buying a bunch of random vitamins like I usually do. I am one week into my current regimen, and I feel better than I have in a long time, both emotionally and physically.
