I have seen where they've been more interested in their iPhone versus taking care of patients. Waited over four hours to go to the bathroom. Instead of coming to help to go to the bathroom they just put diapers on the me and therefore they don't have to change the bed. Terrible care. So sad.

The staff is not trained at all and all they do is sit there on their phones and eat!!! Especially the house manager !!!Very unprofessional starting with their house manager. The facility was dirty, the bathrooms, full mold broken bathroom seat, broken sheet rock on the walls I can keep going!!! We were told when we brought our daughter there that they clean the place!! I don't know with their form of cleaning is but when we were scrubbing the molding the house manager came in and said I already did that. My wife picked up the magic eraser and show her, it was black. We had to mop the floor four times just to get it clean. The only reason why they get away with this is because there's no accountability at the state level. I understand how hard it is to find living facilities for our loved ones that need special help. This is not the place. My daughter still has marks on her ankles to this day from them restraining her.

Being in severe pain, we've been to two other clinics since that time. Guess what showed up in the mail today; a letter saying she had an appointment in a few weeks. No contact, no phone calls, nothing, they just assume we're going to be there at their disposal, We called to let them know that it's a bit late and weren't happy with their lack of communication, to which the lady one the phone hung up on my wife. If you want to be treated like you're a dime a dozen, then by all means go. Otherwise, if it were me, I wouldn't subject myself to this type of treatment, especially if you're already in bad pain.
