I cannot say enough about Renaldo (owner) and his crew…read more We originally planned on upgrading our counters and cabinets doors (June 2021). We went and picked our slabs and had them delivered to Art Rock's shop. We then decided to do a full gut and remodel of our kitchen. Renaldo was kind enough to hold our original 3 slabs from June until February when he installed them. No extra charge, and never gave me a hard time about it. FANTASTIC service. As well, the install was flawless! Do not hesitate to use Renaldo and his wonderful company. First class. Thanks again for your service!

PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE!…read more While driving in the area, we noticed a sign for Art Rock Creations. This shop specializes in fabricating countertops, (primarily quartz and granite), so we thought that we would stop in to see what they had to offer. We were immediately greeted by Walter who was our escort for the visit. He did a great job of introducing us to the various products they have available. We were able to go into the workshop to see the slabs and even take photos. Unfortunately, photos never do justice to beautiful stones or other materials as the color is just not as vibrant. However, I did take a photo of the name and description of the slabs that I liked for future reference. Prices are located directly on the products but do not include cutting the openings or specific types of details for finishing the edges. We gave him a rough estimate of measurements and he will be sending an estimate via e-mail. If you need a kitchen sink, they sell them here as well. Don't get caught up on the floors as I did because they are very cool yet very distracting. They have various materials laid on the floor as samples and I actually found a travertine design that I really like. They just allowed me to wander around freely looking at materials which at one point led into an office. The worker was very gracious in allowing me to check out the floor and take a photo. I have found that people are really quite generous if I simply tell them that I am nosy and want to have a closer look at something. Of course that's true and it's hard to look at countertop materials without considering the floor because they all have to relate to one another for a cohesive look. If you are looking for professionalism and great customer service, look no further because Art Rock Creations delivers!

They told me to contact a non-existent eBay "comprehensive online portal", then stopped responding to my phone calls and emails. Based on the other Yelp reviews, it appears that this company's business involves selling reduced price bargains that may well have some type of damage. Local customers shopping at this store in person may know about Building Liquidator's "buyer beware" approach to discounted goods, but I bought the mower from them from hundreds of miles away on eBay; it was listed as "new, in the box" and I had no idea that it might have some kind of problem. When the box arrived, it had clearly been opened and resealed. I suspect now that the mower may have been a return from another customer, perhaps because of the same malfunction, and that Building Liquidators then passed it on to me. Their handling of this situation doesn't speak well for their company's customer service. I'm disputing the charges with my credit card company. Customers should be aware that their state's consumer protection laws or credit card company's policies may offer them additional protection, regardless of what any particular company's policies may state.

Thomas spent less than 20 minutes and NEVER supplied the estimate. Then I called the company asking for invoice and estimate - several times! They tried to charge me $125 - which was double the original quote. Now I see why..."THOMAS" is not honest and has biases. This guy literally wrote 3 lines on my invoice and provided NO services! Then I speak to the manager who tried to justify his actions by saying they miscommunicated with Thomas. NOPE! I spoke to admin Samantha 4xs and sent her a detailed 11 page inspection report on the plumbing...there was no miscommunication. Thomas and this company are a fraud! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL!

NOT HONEST. Paid for plumber to give me a quote and when I called them to do the job at the…read more(verbally) quoted price they were asking hundreds of dollars more. The job actually was just to replace my shower spigot which I could have done myself (i.e did not actually require particularly skilled labor) but I happened to be out of town and needed it done to avoid too much water loss. This company still demanded I pay hundreds more then the price they quoted me to help me out on a very simple plumbing task. It is my fault for not asking for a printed out quote but stay away from any company that lacks integrity. I would not have given a harsh review if they did the right thing by sticking to their word after I spoke to the office manager and doing the job for the quoted price but they demanded I pay the higher price, very dishonest.

Contacted Allstate and Michael came out for an evaluation and quote, as did others. He showed up exactly when he said he would. Their price was right in line with others but the detail and scope they were going to do was much better than the others. Plus they were able to get a crew out a lot sooner than the others - weeks sooner. Crew also showed up on time and did a great job. Cut into the concrete along the wall then sealed back completely level with concrete floor. Cleaned up everything. The only evidence were about 3 stray dime-sized pieces of concrete I found in the driveway from where they had transferred the debris. That's not a complaint, that's evidence of their thoroughness. Most importantly however has been the result of the work performed. I've waited to post a review until we've had several periods of extreme, prolonged rain. The basement has been dry, the gravity drain discharge has indicated water has been captured and drained outside, and a portable dehumidifier is now able to keep the humidity levels bone-dry in our unfinished basement. I'm very pleased with the work performed and overall service but regret not tackling this sooner.
