    If i could give negative stars on this company I would, I tried to book through MSC and not being…read morefrom Miami I wanted some help. I booked my cruise through MSC and then after 1 email (which I was given completely bogus answers) I decided "hey i will give them a chance" - wrong decision. Since I had my cruise transferred to them they have been non-existent. I get more emails from MSC regarding my cruise and upcoming deals than i do from them. I normally travel Carnival, not because of the price but because of the convenience and this time we decided to give another cruise line a shot. I am hoping that the cruise is much better than the service of this agency. With MSC you have the option to use an agent or go through them. The questions that I asked this agency BEFORE switching it over 1) can you help me get flights to and from FL - answer yes 2) can you help with transportation to and from airport - answer of course this is what we do 3) since you are from the area can you recommend and help with Hotel accommodations - absolutely 4) i have never used a travel agency before I hope i am not bother - you wont be our job depends on you! So as we get closer and are ready to set these up 1) We do NOT do anything pertaining to flights you can get the same flights I can - NICE!!!! 2) We do not help with transportation issues you can get those with the hotel you stay at most of the time. GREAT!!!! 3) Can you help us with where to stay as we will not have a rental car because how would we return it - ANSWER to this one was GREAT - sure where do you want to stay what type of accommodations are you looking for how much is your budget - Okay now I got irritated at this point and did it all myself, if I have to do all of the research anyway I might as well get my own deals 4) I have not once heard from this agency on their own, and the one time I needed something Adam has his assistant call me back AFTER I called the cruise line to try and make my own changes. One thing I learned through all of this, when you make a reservation with a travel agency and they treat you like crap, if you re-book on the boat when they offer you the deals, these agency get the residual income, if you decide to book again ask for an extension on the time with customer service on the boad, and then that agency will NOT get the bonus. I will be doing that and I will never EVER recommend these frauds to anyone!

    Awful experience. Everything was good while they were getting their commission, although they were…read morenot great at responding in general. Worst part is we did not even choose this company. We booked on the Royal Caribbean website and got assigned to them. Our cruise had issues due to Hurricaine Irma and it was eventually cancelled, so we were supposed to contact "our agent". They were useless while we did not know if the cruise would be cancelled or not and, when cancellation was officially announced, they had the nerve to say it was not. They were not even bothered to read the official announcements. We eventually got our money back, but certainly not thanks to them or Adam (the owner). They simply stopped replying at some point, so we had to CC them to our emails to an official Royal Caribbean representative to make sure they got the memo. Royal Caribbean did poorly in managing the crisis of a hurricaine affecting their itinerary, but Cruiseosity did not make things better at all.
