With just one or two exceptions the staff showed complete indifference, bordering on rudeness, towards genuine concerns and queries from their patrons, some of whom are long term regular customers, and merely blindly cited and hid behind bureaucratic rules & regulations while refusing to even enter into any dialogue whatsoever. Hats off to the kitchen staff as the food that comes out of their is always cooked to perfection. My wife and I both had steaks that were incredible. The bar staff and gaming room staff also are always friendly and happy to help you out. The atmosphere there is great with several dining areas that cater for small groups or large groups and families as well with 2 separate play areas. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. We go there quite often and we know we'll be back again. Thanks Ambarvale Hotel for always making us feel welcome and well fed.
