My head was spinning, and I felt like my life was falling apart, and they both became my parachute, literally. Everything was explained to me in detail. Nothing was left to chance, unless it was my choice, and I knew what was at stake. I was rapidly and clearly being educated on divorce law by these kind attorneys. Everything was professionally handled, in a way that led me to believe I was not wasting money. I have always known that you get what you pay for in this world, and legal protection is something I would not be cheap about. I don't have a lot of money, and they knew that, and gave me options. They didn't waste anything, or pressure me. Heck, half way through I was near completely broke and contemplating filing for bankruptcy protection and they put me on a reasonable payment plan. Phyllicia worked with me mostly. She is a kind, tireless, ethical, methodical person who knows how to protect you with the law. She is also a great presenter in court, and conveys the law to the court with terse, poignant words that cut directly to the core of any issue without wasting anyone's time. She simply knows the law. More importantly she has the tenacity to fight in court, quite gracefully, and the experience to foresee most of the time what the other side will argue, and how the law can counter that in your favor. I was amazed at the wealth of experience and knowledge she had, and how when I would see a wall or a roadblock she know exactly how we could move past it. That kind of skill set only comes from years of experience and a very sharp mind. I feel lucky to have found her, and if I EVER need an attorney again she is who I would call. If you have to get a divorce attorney this is the place to do it. For the record if you have to spend your money on divorce don't waste it...and these kind folks know what's at stake and provide a service that uses your money in a thoughtful and meaningful fashion. Yes they have to make a living and pay their staff and bills too I am sure, but I don't see this law office operating as a machine that simply wants to make money. They want to fight for justice and protection for their clients first, and know they will get their fair wage for it.
