I trusted her cause I didn't know much so I did the salty water qtip twice a day. 5 days later my friend keeps telling me it looks weird so I post pictures of my piercing to an online forum and everyone said it was botched and right through the cartilage. So I spent last night in a Vegas hospital getting the infected piercing removed, getting a tetanus shot, antibiotics and cream. All this money and pain I gotta go through for one small mistake. I sent an email while I was traveling asking for an appointment for a tattoo. I gave a vague description, attached some janky screenshots from Pinterest of other peoples tattoos and said 'just do something like this'. I wasn't helpful to say the least. First thing I noticed about the shops website was the ease of scheduling and I got a bot response to confirm my booking and deposit instantly. I LOVE a tattoo shop that embraces good technology and even more if they're using it right. Less than 12 hours later (and on a holiday) I got an email from Alexis. You can sort of tell that Alexis has a warm and friendly demeanor just by the way she types which is important in the tattoo industry. I get so sick of dealing with tattoo artists that have this 'I picked a cooler career than you' attitude. Not Alexis though! She was 100% in communication with me from the word 'go' and was just so pleasant to work with. Not even a tiny spec of bad attitude. When I arrived for my appointment everyone in the shop was super friendly, enthusiastic and helpful. Not only to myself but to everyone who came in, regardless of whether they were the artist doing their work. Lots of smiles, lots of pleases and thank you's. Impeccable customer service. Everything was very clean and tidy, the artwork was tasteful, the music was good and you could tell that all of the artists really enjoy being around each other. Great vibe, wonderful atmosphere. Alexis was able to take my crappy screenshots and turn them into a very well done and meaningful piece of body art.
