My favorite store in Cabot! Well actually possibly in the world…read more During every visit, there is something else to surprise and delight. I love the oils and vinegars so much...they can get expensive, but are so worth the money. In this store, the quality of the goods help me to feel good about spending a little more. As one associate mentioned, these oils, vinegars etc actually help her (and me) eat more healthfully. Squizito also has a section of other foods and Arkansas honey. The garlic in the glass jar is wonderful! We eat it as a snack right out of the jar...it's delicious and garlic-y without leaving one with garlic breath. Another new favorite is the family meals in the vacuum bags. Initially it doesn't seem like they'll make a lot of food, but they are more filling than they appear, and they're delicious. The flavored Arkansas honeys are marvelous. If I let myself, I could probably eat a whole jar at once...but it's better to savor a teaspoon at a time. And don't get me started on the freeze dried Skittles. Idk why anyone thought freeze-drying skittles would be a good idea, but thank goodness they did bc it takes candy to a whole new level. There's something here for everyone! Stop and sample a few of the favorites, you won't be disappointed! And one more thing...if you have a "Foodie" in your life, buy that person a few of the smaller bottles and make a gift basket for them, they will love it!

Hard to find! Cool…read morelittle home-grown orchard chock full of well-cultivated Muscadine vines, a couple different varieties, weighed down with delicious muscadines. We came hunting for a "Pick your own muscadines" spot where we could pick up fruit for our homemade wine, and this was just the ticket! FYI, cash only, just saying :) After winding up and down, left and right, through tiny country roads, enjoying the scenery enough to make a few wrong turns, we found this little gem down a narrow dirt road that opens out (barely) to a small muscadine vineyard. We were greeted as we stepped out of our cars by Alan, who is the one-man band here! Alan runs the business out of a pop-up canopy next to the vineyard, he's got a stash of buckets for you to use while picking, and then some cardboard flats for you to take home with whatever you get. Keep in mind it is seasonal, open from late August through October, harvest only. Call ahead! Alan is a really nice, helpful guy. He walked us through the process, helped us pick a little while telling us all about the vineyard, the types of muscadines, the best ways/places to pick them - and the jam. Oho, that jam! He makes homemade jam that's a nice bonus along with the fresh fruit. Super informal, very relaxed and laid back. Heck, I'd go out just for the drive and a few muscadines!
