Many years ago, I received a call from a woman working for Joseph Mackley asking me if his new insurance company could work up some figures to see if Joe could help save me money with the same amount of coverage. The difference in the amount we were able to save as well as having equal (probably even better) coverage was staggering. Since that time, we have been customers of Mackey Insurance and we have been very pleased with this insurance company and never had an issue with any claim or problem we encountered with both our home as well as our auto insurance. In addition to this, it is so wonderful to have a person answer the phone if I ever had a question or claim; there were no automated answering machines in which I had to push buttons and wait to hopefully get the attention of an actual person. Any issues I had were taken care of in an extremely timely fashion as well as having the situation being compensated beyond our expectations many times!
