I'm in the medical profession myself and I can tell when someone is trying to scam. My dentist referred me to this office because he has a 3D X-ray machine we need to fully see my tooth. His office manager says well we are getting reimbursed but we need money up front for the appointment if has to do the root canal. This is the most far fetched thing I have heard in a while. I'm personally not trying to get scammed. So beware to not use this place for anything. read more

Dr. Mack was AMAZING! I had such a great experience and his staff is super nice. I didn't feel anything the entire procedure.

It was like talking to a brick wall. Zero personality in the staff. Afterwards he did not even bother to come out and tell me hey all went well or she did great. He just left. His staff treated me like a 5 year old telling me I needed to follow all the directions on the paperwork and did I understand!?! Yes, I understand i am quite capable of following directions to make sure my child is okay. ....ONLY to find out his staff is INCOMPETENT of even filling a simple prescription REQUIRED in order for me to FOLLOW his written directions!!!! Had to call my dentist and ask them to send over the needed prescription so she did not wind up with an infection. SO PLEASE TELL ME WHO CAN'T FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS or DIRECTIONS?? I have already told my dentist to never ever recommend this office again to anyone. Then they told me i would need to follow up with our dentist with in 4 weeks and i told them she was seeing them on Monday of the following week and she was like well we don't have the drs., notes ready and I said well you have until Monday morning to get them sent over then. FYI - this office is not handicapped accessible for anyone ! Daughter was on crutches with a broken ankle and had to climb up and down the flight of stairs to get to the front door. No ramp accessible at all. read more

It's apparent by his unorthodox way of paying his rent that this man is hard up for some cash. Clearly his general dentistry business isn't thriving because the man needs to scam unsuspecting patrons to make ends meet. With poor business ethics like his, I wouldn't be surprised if he is behind the Momo stuff. read more

I've had a few root canals done in my day, and have never-ever had an awesome an experience as today with Mack Endodontics. The staff up-front were great and answered all my questions. Their equipment was state of the art. Xrays were all digital and immediately up on the screen where I and medical staff could see. Dr. Mack has the best bedside manner, explained my situation and the procedure in terms that I could understand, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I am no fan of going to the dentist, much less having a root canal done. This experience shines a whole new light on the experience and has clearly raised the bar. read more
