The staff are very friendly and even though the store is small they have an exit on the other side after you pay to help the line move along. Not only did he, Zeke, not ask me what I would like, he pushed through other working people to continue talking to me and my friend. He asked about where we live, which college we go to, and if we were single. Both of us are not single and he didn't believe us. We felt pressured to lie where we were staying and who we were with. Not cheerful or helpful at all. He was around our age (18-20) and went back to the corner of the store not helping anyone else and staring at my friend and I once somebody else finally asked what we would like. This is the only shop that offers an all caramel fudge block. They don't offer an extensive amount of fudge, but they have a ton of popcorn and taffies. An entire wall of different flavored taffies. The caramel fudge is unique and only available here. I do enjoy caramel flavored candies. Caramels make everything a lot yummier. Their caramel and cheese popcorn kernels are quite sizable and very tasty. Their caramel fudge is different, let it melt in your mouth some. The taffies are quite a variety of flavors. Some are really good, the caramel apple is right on the money. Some have hints of flavors, but aren't as distinguishable. This is the same taffy sold at Joann's, since the packaging is exactly the same. The assortment of dark chocolates are decent. Their cheese and caramel popcorn are both good.

They make homemade icecream despite not seeming to know what they're doing in that department. And their fudge isn't that good either, which explains why they refuse samples for health reasons despite doing samples (only one per customer) with their icecream. If they cannot do fudge samples in a clean and safe manner then I have concerns about their cleanliness. According to yelp they got marked down by the health department for not washing their hands so maybe that was for the best. I wished I noticed the ai art originally because it'd at least warn me that their products, and frankly their workers, were disappointing at best. I assumed they would know how to do either icecream or fudge in Mackinac City but clearly not.
