I explained the whole thing, sounded understanding but then started ranting about how some places offer towel service, then explained why they don't which ok fine. His whole attitude shifted and then said they use top of the line machinery and cleaning supplies and then I began to get annoyed and said no problem, if your stuff was top line why didn't my car get washed right? No, problem I won't come back. Simple. Very rude, unprofessional and no respect.

The car wash machine is broken. You can not put your code at the machine. A grandmother seemed to manually pull levers inside the car wash tunnel drive-thru. I slowly drove through the dryer vents which were not moving. Still, I had to towel dry much ore than ever at any other drive-thru. I went to speak to the attendants inside when I was done and told the cashier- a man. I told him that I've just had the worst car wash result ever. I explained that I had to dry the car myself. The grandma started to yell back at me that ai did not listen to her. At that a 60 ish year old woman started to say rhat she would refund me, but the grandma said something. They all started yelling and I told them to stop yelling. I told them that this was the worst experience. Therefore, the other woman said that she would drive her car through and that if it was not dry she would return my money. A young woman from behind the counter told me that she would call the police. I told her to go ahead. I had not done anything other than expressed my displeasure with their business. I never asked for a refund. When she came out of the drive-thru I looked at her car and she came up to me and told me to move my car and to get out of there. I will never go back. OMG this place is horrible there are so many reviews like mine. San Fernando BBB will get a call from me.
