Once the design process completed, their team handled everything - architectural, permit headache, and construction. I ordered them via my local store, received timely updates, and had an excellent experience with the White Glove Delivery. They are just the right scale for my Restoration Hardware Dining table that is designed for small spaces. Sadly on the first use we discovered that the coefficient of friction between the bare wood feet and our tile floor produced a loud screeching sound. According to the Store staff it is not advisable to attach glides to these chairs....I suspect it is that the legs are too thin. I ordered a set of Silicone & Felt Chair Leg Protectors...which did the trick.
