Give this guy 10 STARS!…read more I can't recommend Dylan from Hooked Up Electric LLC highly enough. He came out to inspect some wiring that had been installed by another electrician, and to say it was a mess would be an understatement. What impressed me most wasn't just his knowledge and attention to detail--it was his honesty and integrity. Instead of charging us to fix the numerous issues on the spot, Dylan noticed that our home was still under warranty. He took the initiative to personally contact the owners of the original electrical company on our behalf, making sure they were aware of the poor workmanship that had been done by their employees. The owners had no idea the work was substandard and immediately began addressing the situation. As a first-time homeowner, this could have turned into a very expensive and stressful experience. Instead, Dylan saved us a significant amount of money and gave us peace of mind. It's rare to find someone who genuinely puts the customer first, even when it means walking away from work they could have easily billed for. If you're looking for an electrician who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and truly cares about doing what's right, Dylan is the person to call. Hooked Up Electric LLC has earned my trust, and they'll be my first call for any electrical work in the future.

Left our house in shambles , holes cut (torn) out of drywall, as to make them difficult to repair, not to mention cutting holes in to my custom cabinets, unnecessarily, when he could have ran the repair behind cabinets. Can't run a straight pipe, everything is crooked. Also left electrical outlets/ wires exposed for our children to touch. Showed up around noon every day and stayed late while we are eating dinner and trying to get kids to bed every day. Took a week to finish a one day job. The list goes on. I would call this more of a "Trailer ParK Plumber." Not to mention the price was about $2500 more than our original quote. Lawsuits will be filed for damage done to home.

Came in a hour later and left in 2-3 hours but when the invoice came in I was billed for 4! Called and Kendall said he would look into and soon after I received a corrected bill - no apology but at least they made it right. Decided to use them for a second time where they had to drill through some brick. The team stated that they didn't have a drill bit for brick (not sure how on that big truck) and had to run and get some (another hour billed for lunch for all I know...) but when getting this bill, it had $200 of tools on it including extension cords, etc. What is really irritating is that I had to insist on an itemized bill to find all of this out. I have no reason to trust this company or its work any longer! SCAM

Technician said there were some clearance issues and "fixed" them. 7 months later after some good summer rains, we noticed mold on the wall behind pictures we had hanging. They cut through the flashing and tar paper around the chimney and didn't say anything. After contacting them, they decided to fix what they screwed up. Ended having to remove a section of drywall about 6ft wide floor to ceiling, all the insulation and some of the studs due to mold build up and excessive moisture still present. The insulation was poorly installed which I fixed and the studs they replaced were not lined up and wasn't discovered until after my drywall guy finished it up. The new mantle top in the picture is straight. I did my best with the rest of the repairs since I could no longer trust Shane's. It's almost to the point of legal action especially since they kept trying to push back. Find someone else.
