So naturally, everything gets shipped off to me like I'm some kind of IRS whisperer. This year though? GAME. CHANGER. From the moment I called, Yvonne answered like a ray of calm sunshine, friendly, patient, and not at all phased by my "help, I'm doing my parents' taxes and I need adult supervision" energy. Then Liz followed up like the organized queen she is, making sure I had every document lined up (honestly, better than I've ever had my life together). And then... Andrea. The CEO herself. ICONIC. Not only did she walk me through everything like a pro, she broke things down in a way that didn't make me feel like I needed a finance degree to understand it. We talked strategy, future planning, and somehow--SOMEHOW--she got my parents the biggest return they've ever had. I'm still not over it. What used to be the most stressful time of year turned into one of the easiest, smoothest experiences ever. My parents are happy, I'm stress-free, and we've officially become those people who won't shut up about their tax office. 10/10. Would trust them with my sanity again.

I took her Mastery for Coaches course and found useful, unique practical tools to implement in my business immediately, and found amazingly powerful spiritual work that transformed my life at the core. Prior to her class I was feeling more insecure about my background and experience and she challenged me to find my worth and helped me see my value. Alyssa gives so genuinely and is so authentic. She gives more value even in a short free interaction than many coaches I've invested heavily with. If you get a chance to work with Alyssa, don't pass it up, you won't regret it!

I looked on Yelp to find myself a life coach and came across Alyssa. What intrigued me about her profile was that it seemed she offered concrete life coaching skills as well as therapeutic skills. And boy was I right! First off, Alyssa is an amazing human being. She is warm, kind, loving, respectful and open. Secondly, she really makes you work. She helps you set tangible goals and holds you to achieving them. But she does all this in a supportive way. Thirdly, she helps you realize your true potential by encouraging you to examine those deep parts of yourself that hold you back. I cannot say enough good things about Alyssa. If you are looking to make a change in your life, whether it's your career or your love life or anything in between, Alyssa is the only person you should call.

He charges $350/hour. He took the job, filled out and filed the forms, and the IRS rejected them. I originally chose him because of his 5-star Yelp reviews. After filing he went client hen I followed up, he kept pointing me to IRS Advocates -- people who couldn't make sense of what he'd filed. His response to my frustration: "The Advocate is the only solution that has worked for me in cases like this." Meanwhile, he admitted his own go-to CPA colleague "couldn't figure this one out either." His excuse for not calling the IRS directly? He couldn't get through -- too hard to bypass the automated system. That's not my problem to solve. That's what I paid $350/hour for. I knew from the beginning that a 1040-NR was the right path. He ignored that for an entire year, burned time on the wrong strategy, and only admitted it when the deadlines had already passed: "Now we finally know that a 1040NR is our only option. We didn't know that before." The only thing that got him to respond was a negative Yelp review. He called, promised to finish the work if I deleted it and paid more. I made the mistake of trusting him -- deleted the review and paid him more. He delivered nothing. I eventually had to handle everything myself. When I did, I was told his original filings were done incorrectly from the start. I left a second review. He called again asking me to remove it in exchange for finishing. I refused. One more thing: the address on his profile -- 10717 Wilshire Blvd, Suite 904, Los Angeles, CA 90024 -- is not a real office.
